From their onion soup or escargot to the coq au vin, roasted lamb or hot goat cheese salad, these guys pay attention to the details with eveything they make. Don't forget to try the best hot chocolate in Paris along with a pistachio raspberry tarte or a carambar (caramel) cheesecake. These guys never disappoint.
