What people say

"Bouillons are an experience! Known for being very affordable, they're kind of like old-school French diners in terms of dishes/quality/prices, but in beautiful art deco/art nouveau buildings. There are a few around Paris; I haven't been to this location but I've been to others a couple of times and always really enjoy them. They don't take reservations and a line usually forms, but French people also eat late (~8pm), so if you arrive on the earlier side, you could minimize wait time. Bouillons are also open "continuously" meaning they don't close between lunch and dinner, so especially if you want an earlier meal this can be a good option. "
"The most frequented and reviewed restaurant and all of Paris goes to the king of bistros, Bouillon Pigalle. This is a no-fuss, super cheap, classic brasserie dishing up all French traditions like escargot, steak-frites, sausage & potato puree... They serve their house wines by any size up to 3 liters! The service is extremely fast and impressive. There is almost always a line that sometimes goes around the corner, but grab a beer or another pre-drink nearby. It'll be well worth it. "
"Classic French cuisine? โœ… Affordable prices? โœ… Convienent location? โœ… A โ€œbouillonโ€ style restaurant serves traditional French cuisine at affordable prices! You can bet on waiting in line for this if you come at the dinner rush, but the prices are worth it! "
