⭐️ Even if holybelly is very famous now in paris it’s still a family business (owned by a french couple sarah - the cheffe - and nicolas) they make everything from scratch with seasonnal and fresh products and support small suppliers. you can follow the behind-the-scenes of their restaurant through their instagram account.
⚠️ they don’t take reservations and it’s often busy. If you don’t want to wait I recommend to go there during weekdays.

"This popular café blends Parisian charm with international flair. Known for its all-day breakfast, you can indulge in hearty plates like pancakes with maple syrup and crispy bacon, or scrambled eggs with hash browns and homemade baked beans. The warm, friendly atmosphere makes Holybelly 5 a perfect spot to start your day, but be prepared for a wait as it's a favorite among locals. "
