Le Soufflé

The fine art of Souffle is a French staple and Le Souffle has some of the most amazing Souffles in Paris. 
Although there is not currently a Vegan option there are some delicious lacto-ovo souffles such as the delicious mushroom souffle. The desert souffles are amazing so do not skip oiut on those. The rose souffle was amazing .

Ambiance:  Elegant ambiance, with attentive service and top-notch cuisine. They serve a delicious selection of sweet & savory soufflés so one for dinner and one for dessert.

My recommendation: Beef bourguignon soufflé, Onion soup, chocolate Soufflé

A couple of blocks from Le Louvre, this restaurant serves Soufflés with many different flavors. We tried the cheese soufflé and a chocolate soufflé for dessert. Really good.

The 'soufflé' in all ways possible... savoury and sweet. Booking recommended.
