Bouillon Chartier
@lesfrenchies
This is the original Bouillon-style restaurant in Paris near the Opéra. Here, you'll find all the french classics at a very affordable price. If you're looking for the typical Parisian experience, this is it. But beware, there's always a long line to get in, so go there early to avoid the long wait. Try their oeuf dur mayonnaise and the steak frites with a pichet of red wine for the true experience.

Le Café du Commerce
@lesfrenchies
This is a typical 100-year-old Parisian neighborhood brasserie. This is as classic as it gets. Nothing really fancy here but great food with exciting decor. The Atrium is gorgeous. We tried the burger and profiteroles au chocolate and we weren't disappointed. You need a reservation in this restaurant.

Caractère de Cochon

The best Jambon-beurre sandwich we've had in Paris, Full Stop. They also sell cured meats and other kinds of sandwiches. This is a great place to pick up picnic food for lunch. This is take-out only.
Add to

Maison Bergeron

This place used to be called "Laurent B" and they have a really cool black charcoal baguette that makes amazing sandwiches. Colleen tried the Brie & Truffle Black baguette sandwich and loved it. This bakery is a few steps away from the Eiffel tower lawn.
