Sidney by the Sea is the perfect dream coastal town with Beacon Ave (main street) ending on the water front. On a clear day you can see Mount Baker or maybe even some Orcas swim by during the summer. Taking a stroll through the shops of Sidney is something I have always loved to do and have been doing for years. And while the street grows and changes, and businesses come and go Sidney always has some great options no matter what you are looking for (unless you are looking for big box stores then this isn't the place for you).
