[Day Trip]Tokyo Beyond the Core: A Memorable Day Trip Exploring Hitachi Seaside Park

In case you want to take a day trip to hitachi seaside park and find a hotel/onsen to stay at. I recommend staying at one of these spots,  if you want a view and a good nights rest.

There are a number of gardens that are not included in this app that you have to visit. Exploring this park will take an entire day if you are doing this by foot.

Remember Hitachi seaside park typically closes at 5pm, so one of the last/2nd last busses are at 4pm (make sure you double check this)

This trip starts from Shibuya station, and depending on the time it will take you roughly 2hrs to get there. I highly recommend going early in the morning, so you get the most out of your day at hitachi seaside park.

As you are travelling by train, make sure you keep your camera full of battery because the view is scenic. You definitely would not want to miss anything. I have captured great youtube footage on the train ride there.

I recommend bringing a few things with you on this day trip:

5. Selfie stick, to get those amazing selfie pictures

I highly recommend getting a bike, and cycle around the park it gives you a unique experience and can land you amazing video footage of you cycling and entering the field of view of beautiful flower bed of nemophilas.

If you do get stranded here, there are accommodations options above that you can stay at.
