Covered in palm trees, the odd chicken crossing the road that leads through the jungle, crystal clear, turquoise water with white sand beaches, a blue lake with the clearest water you can imagine, coconuts and cacao plants everywhere you look, the most friendly locals curiously asking our names and kids running after us with the biggest smiles on their faces.
This is Banggai! One of Indonesia's most underrated places.
A hidden and still very unknown gem off the coast of Sulawesi, a true local island paradise off the beaten track that I fell in love with.
If you want to experience narueal beauty and hidden gems far from (international) tourism, this is the right place to go.

I love Tangier. In a country where "relaxing" and "cities" don't usually mix, the Mediterranean air, sandy beaches, and craggy cliffs gives Tangier a certain laissez-faire vibe that Marrakesh, Fez, or Casablanca could only dream of. I like to say it's as though Morocco, France, and Spain had a baby featuring each country's best parts. It doesn't matter if you're in the old parts of the Kasbah or Medina, the Corniche, or in the west by Cap Spartel. It's magnificent.
In this article, I (hope to) show off the best sites of Tangier by location along with some good points about logistics and hotel recommendations. Need anything more? Feel free to reach out via my page or via my website!

Dazzling, diverse, cultural, aesthetic, bustling. Those are just a few words to describe the country of Morocco. Whether you are exploring the bustling souks of Marrakesh, the historic gems of Fez, the coastal breezes of Essaouira, the warm sand of the desert, or anywhere in between, you are bound to find incredible architecture, culture, food, and experiences.
This guide is my "ultimate guide", a pay for guide that includes all my secrets and tricks for locations around the country. If you are interested in something small, check out my page and my free guides (Marrakesh, Casablanca) or more limited paid guides (Tangier, the road to Erg Chigaga). However, if you are planning a week or longer in Morocco and want the inside scoop on various cities around the country, this is your guide.
Over 240 recommendations included! Covered in this guide: Marrakesh, Fez, Casablanca, Tangier, Chefchaouen, Ouarzazate/Aït Benhaddou, Erg Chigaga/M'hamid, Erg Chebbi/Merzouga, and Agadir

⭐️ This travel guide will save you 10+ hours of researching the best restaurants, wine bars, meat/cheese/antipasti, coffee & sweet shops, and more in Emilia-Romagna!
Emilia-Romagna, often hailed as Italy's "food valley," is the birthplace of some of the world's most cherished and protected foods, the freshest and most well-known ingredients, and some of Italy's most beloved recipes.
This region is renowned for treasures like Parmigiano Reggiano, (aka the king of cheeses) Parma ham (prosciutto), Lambrusco, tagliatelli ragu (also known as bolognese sauce), and so much more.
Emilia-Romagna benefits from a unique microclimate, making its location, terrain, soil, and climate perfect for cultivating the finest resources. Because of this, the food is undeniably some of the best in the world.
If you want a foodie adventure, consider a tour through Emilia-Romagna. In my opinion, the Fall and Winter months would be the most ideal based on the region's classic hearty and warm dishes like tortellini en brodo which would just not have the same magic in the middle of the summer. But regardless of when you visit, finding a subpar meal will be a challenge.
This guide features a curated list of places to eat and drink in a few of the larger cities in the region – Parma, Modena, and Bologna. I've included an array of wine bars, cafes, trattorie, sandwich shops and sweet shops, catering to various price points and styles so that there is something for everyone!
While you can't really go wrong with any eatery in this region, choosing any of the recs in this guide will ensure hassle-free and time-saving planning so you can enjoy every meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner).
Featuring:
🍝Curated dining and drinking recommendations in Parma, Modena, and Bologna based on quality, atmosphere and overall experience
🍝Recs include coffee shops, sweet shops, wine/cocktail bars, aperitivo bars, and restaurants for lunch and dinner
🍝Descriptions and details on each eatery with recommendations on what to order
🍝Direct links to each eatery's address on Google Maps so you can easily get directions once there
🍝Direct links to Instagram pages (if available)
🍝Links to the websites with more details
🍝Hours of operation so you can plan your visit accordingly
Buon Apetito!

Thrifting is a great way to buy new pieces of clothing while also saving a few extra dollars...and most importantly it's a sustainable way to shop! I spent a lot of my free time in Madrid wondering around the streets finding new thrift stores to browse through and I ended up purchasing some amazing pieces I will keep for a long time!
In this guide you will find my top recommendations for thrift stores in Madrid organized by area so you can plan your shopping day around what area you want to visit, or if you find yourself in the shopping mood while your out and about you can check this guide to see what is nearby!
Keep in mind stores are usually closed on Sundays and store hours are typically 10:00/11:00 until 20:00/21:00, but beware that the Spanish take their siesta seriously and stores may be closed around 14:30-16:30!
