BANGGAI
Banggai is a true gem that is part of Sulawesi, Indonesia's fourth largest island. Probably the only reason you might have heard about it is Paisupok Lake with its incredible clear and blue water, since a video of it went viral last year. The archipelago is situated in the far East of Sulawesi, being part of the Central Sulawesi province and if you're into travelling off the beaten track and love to experience local life, Banggai is absolutely perfect for you.
We started our journey in Luwuk from where the ferry to the Banggai Islands leaves. First we explored Peleng Island and then Banggai Laut.
