The 'stiletto heel' of the boot, Puglia has slowly become one of the (if not the most) hottest destinations in Italy. I grew up spending my summers and major holidays here, and it's been an absolute pleasure seeing this special region blossom into one of the most requested holiday destinations in Italy. For years it was simply the place where locals came to lay in the sunny beaches for the months of July and August, but now has activities, restaurants and beach clubs open year-round. It's HUGE, so keep in mind it will probably take you a few trips to the region to see most of it. My advice is to not try and see it all in one try, but instead pick one or two areas and slowly explore (and enjoy) them. Here are my favorite places to eat in Puglia

I have been living in Argentina for the past year (plus 5 months in Buenos Aires back in 2005). This is one of my favorite cities in the entire world, and I want to share with you what makes it so great. This 10 day itinerary begins on a Friday morning, and is arranged according to market schedules, or other events in the city that fall on particular days. But you can certainly do the activities out of order, and fit them to your schedule as needed. I have planned this 10-day itinerary to allow you to maximize your days, and hours in this amazing city, but still allow you to enjoy the small moments without feeling overwhelmed, and get rest when needed. I have spent around 100 hours researching, writing descriptions to give detailed information of every place mentioned in this itinerary, visiting and testing out each day; they are all genuine recommendations. This itinerary will provide you not only with daily activities, but information on how to get the best exchange rate, how to stay safe, and information for transportation- how to get from spot to spot, so you can put as little time into planning as possible. Each year, million of tourists visit Venice and the vast majority of them will pay too much to eat mediocre food in tourist-traps. Luckily Venice also has a lot of (hidden) great restaurants and most importantly 'Bacari', which is their version of a Spanish Tapas bar. Bacari usually serve a variety of small colourful, budget-friendly dishes which change continuously based on the season (some actually change hour by hour). These small dishes are called 'cicchetti' and are meant to be the perfect companion to a glass of wine or a Spritz. Sometimes it is because despite the hut being very easily accessible, it’s in poor condition, and you’d need a tent to stay here, making it a less than ideal trip. 3 stars: Might not make a great first trip, but is a track kids will enjoy. Still relatively child friendly, but will need adults that have overnight hiked in a variety of terrain before, and are capable of decision making on the trip. Kids under 4 will likely need carried for sections. 2 stars: Not super child friendly, but still enjoyable for capable kids. Kids under 5 will likely need to be carried for sections. 5 year olds would need to have done several trips to be capable. But could be a first time trip for average 10yo+ 1 star: Older and fit kids 8-12+ will enjoy these. They’re not great first trips, but if you’re experienced, you could take an older more capable kid here as a first trip if you’re prepared to take all day. 0 stars: I likely won’t add these to the map, but these would be huts not recommended even for experienced kids. At the start, this map will have a bunch of locations that are child friendly, and I will add descriptive text as time goes on. For now some are missing descriptive text.
