Results for Paris Foodie
This is a food map of where to get my favorite sweets and pastries from different bakeries in Paris. When I moved to here in 2015 as a nanny, I discovered the cultural activity called "gouté", which is what the french call the afternoon snack. For kids after school this looks like a pastry from the boulangerie, some chouquettes (in this guide), or chocolate wedged between a baguette. Basically anything baked and buttery with chocolate qualifies as a gouté. If you find yourself in Paris and want to partake in this cultural daily tradition, or just want to have some of the best baked goods you'll ever have IN YOUR LIFE, save this guide and check out the places below.

Want to eat a Michelin meal in Paris without spending hours researching which ones fit your style and your budget?
I’ve taken the list of 400+ Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris down to six. They’re all classic menus in central Paris, easy to access by Metro or walking. Each offers traditional homestyle recipes - some in homey settings, others in more modern spaces - all with fantastic food!
They also won't break the bank. While some are a bit more than your average bistro, I've included options to get you a multi-course meal for as cheap as 19€!

Oh, Paris… the land of amour, croissants, and… coffee shops! I’ve been living in Paris for about 3 years now and one thing that excites me the most is the number of coffee shops that I could visit. We’re talking about 1-3 new openings each week!
Here are my fave spots -- old & new ones! Happy café hopping & let me know which ones you’ve tried ☕

DANCE STUDIOS and SOCIALS focusing on URBANKIZ. If you go without researching, it can be hard to find out where all of the GOOD dance classes and socials are. I've been to Paris 4 times since 2022 specifically to train in UrbanKiz! My boyfriend is from Paris, and he took me to a few more spots. So you're getting my most recent research and experiences. Hot off the press 😉
Of course, as a dancer, I added a bit of Tango, Bachata, Salsa spots. As a foodie I added a couple of my favorite local cafés! Also listed are a few hotels/hostels to stay so you're centrally located between the dance studios. This is great for someone who wants to dance, dance, dance for a couple of weeks in Paris, especially UrbanKiz.
