A 5-day guide to Bali based on our personal trip recently in April 2023.
Some general advice for Bali:
Bali is huge and there are many areas to cover. Plan your trip and destinations based on location as traffic can be pretty bad! There's lots to see and food/drinks/massages are super affordable.
I hope you enjoy this guide.

Have you ever wondered why there are so many Indian restaurants in London? India and the UK have a long and unique shared history. Today, 1.8 million people in the UK are of Indian descent, making London one of the largest worldwide hubs for Indian cuisine. Because of the long shared history, Indian cuisine in the UK is also uniquely British. For example, try the bacon naan roll at Dishoom. Below, are some of my personal favourites (I’ve been to all of them) which include both classic Indian cuisine as well as some more modern interpretations.

Chinatown remains a hot tourist spot in London and there's a reason why. 1.5% of London's population are of Chinese ethnicity. Chinatown is always bustling with life and you will find most restaurant owners/staff of Chinese origin, making this a very authentic place to eat Chinese food. However, as it is limited to one main street, there have been many other amazing Chinese restaurants that have popped up.
Here's a list of my personal favourite Chinese restaurants in London. Follow @anneotherhuangryasian on Instagram for more food recs!

A day out on foot exploring Shoreditch, from someone who has lived in East London for >5 years.
Shoreditch is the new place to be in East London! It’s also known as the “Brooklyn of London”, where you can explore so many different aspects that make London so unique. From wall graffiti and vintage stores to the famous Brick Lane curries and lots of new (and good) restaurants popping up, Shoreditch is definitely the place to explore.
I hope you enjoy this guide.
