Best Chinese Restaurants in London

Chinatown remains a hot tourist spot in London and there's a reason why. 1.5% of London's population are of Chinese ethnicity. Chinatown is always bustling with life and you will find most restaurant owners/staff of Chinese origin, making this a very authentic place to eat Chinese food. However, as it is limited to one main street, there have been many other amazing Chinese restaurants that have popped up. Here's a list of my personal favourite Chinese restaurants in London. This restaurant also has dimsum and is famous for their venison puffs, truffle spring roll, and have lovely fried dough cheung fun as well as a wide selection of desserts. More expensive than the Chinatown options.

Hakkasan, the same family that owns HKK and Yauatcha, is the first Chinese restaurant that earned a Michelin star in 2003 and has retained it since! All around good dishes and vibes.

A small cozy restaurant known for its Bao's (buns) and different branches have their own special dishes (such as their braised pork rice or noodles in the Shoreditch branch). Be sure to try their fried ice cream bun!
