Cortina d’Ampezzo is one of the best towns to use as your base for exploring the Dolomites! Known as a playground for the wealthy, there’s plenty to do in the town that won’t break the bank too.
I’ve included several restaurants that won’t break the bank as well as a few worth a splurge.
There’s a ton of great hiking and skiing around Cortina, including some without needing a car. This guide is more focused on hiking- I don't include ski runs here.
On this guide, you’ll get:
- the major sights with notes on what you’re seeing and if they need advanced booking
- an interactive map to help navigate you to each spot
- 5 of the major hiking areas or views, along with advice on how to get there
- 7 restaurants at varying price points, along with a breakfast spot
- 2 shops you’ll want to see
- 1 3-star hotel

🌮 In Mazunte, a rising star on the travel map, it’s easy to get swept up by trendy world-cuisine spots with European price tags. But if you want to savor the real flavors of Oaxaca without breaking the bank, it’s the local gems that will truly hit the spot—both for your taste buds and your wallet. Plus, you’ll be giving back to the community that makes this paradise so special. Win-win!

Hello there! With so many good restaurants in Sydney, choosing a place to eat can be quite overwhelming , so here are my recommendations for all types of budget.
Just a piece of advice: for many restaurants, reservations are highly recommended or even mandatory, so plan accordingly and, if possible, try to book in advance.
Better safe than sorry (and hungry) .
Thank you and enjoy!

A curated list of all my actual favorites - NOT every single street food place in Paris and certainly not every single one I've ever tried.
By 'street food' I mean generally cheap (<13 EUR, with a few exceptions) grab-and-go options, where there is little-to-no sitting area; oftentimes it's just a walkup window.
Eating in public - like while you walk - is actually not very common in Paris. If you get street food, I recommend finding a nearby park or garden to sit in and enjoy it while you peoplewatch.
Guide includes:
7 Sandwich & Burger places
2 French places
5 Kebab, Wrap, Falafel places
2 Place I want to try
You also get:
✍️ My personal notes for each recommendation
📍 An interactive map of all recommendations
🔓 Access to all future updates (I'm always trying new places)
All but two suggestions on this guide are on the Right Bank.

This is a living map, which means that anytime we find another great spot for a group, we'll add it to this list & you'll automatically get the update! It comes with an interactive map too!
Each restaurant we recommend in this guide has been personally vetted by us. You'll find our price rating, what we recommend ordering, info for how to book, & links to our TikTok reviews!

The best towns to visit when you want to escape NYC for the day—because we’ve all been there.
In 2022, I decided to move to the Hudson Valley for a year! I rented a house around Cold Spring and I’ve gotten to explore so many little towns. The great part is there’s so many things to do just 1-1.5 hours from Grand Central Terminal. Before this, I lived in Brooklyn for 5 years and loved to take day trips and weekend trips to the Hudson Valley and Catskills. Sometimes you just need to get out of the city!
In this guide, you’ll see 3 towns you can take a day trip to, how to get to them, and fun things to do in each of them. They’re all right off MetroNorth stations and have Main Streets that are walkable, so there’s no need to have a car!
