Tips
— Order brisket. Fatty brisket. Not the lean stuff.
— Decide how much food you want before you get to the counter (ordering by weight confuses people on the spot). You can get as little as 1/4 pound. I recommend about 1/2 pound of meat per person plus a side. A full pound is a lot of food for one person!
— Order the meat on its own instead of a sandwich if it’s your first time trying Texas BBQ.
