We loved our time in this beautiful little town and surrounding countryside that's just an hour south of Dublin. There's so many wonderful and unique hikes to choose from and no shortage of pubs and restaurants either! There's only one cafe that allows dogs inside in town, but depending on where your adventure takes you, there are a few more options in the surrounding county. Bring your hiking boots or least sturdy footwear, you're not going to want to miss these beautiful, scenic walks!

Thailand is known as the Land of Smiles and Thai people will like you. You can get more opportunities if you smile more! There was once where I went to a nail salon and I smiled and said "khoob-khun MA ka", the lady was really sweet and helped me painted the rest of my nails for free even though I only paid for designs on two nails!
I've curated this list that is near the city, night markets and cafes in Thailand to help you get a true Thai experience!

This is your perfect 5-day travel itinerary for Todos Santos!
This charming little beach town lies on the pacific coast of Mexico, in a region specifically known as Baja California Sur, the Baja peninsula, or simply just: 'Baja.'
Todos Santos is far from the touristy, overcrowded beaches of Cabo-- in the best way possible. It's a quiet, easily walkable town that feels authentic + down-to-earth; visiting even just for a few days is a rejuvenating pause from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The restaurants I've included in this guide are all farm-to-table, utilizing the natural resources from 'where the desert meets the ocean.' With a focus on organic, locally-sourced foods and sustainability, everything is incredibly fresh and unlike anywhere else on this side of Mexico. There's even one spot on the itinerary that is definitely in my list of top 5 favorite restaurants, *ever*. You're going to love it here; let's go!

Accommodation is the key to every holiday. If you get this right then not only will the holiday go smoothly but you will also get that peace of mind you need to feel refreshed.
That's why I have created a list of various hotels, hostels and apartments so you don't have to do the hard work.
Some of these listings do overlap so take a look and see which price fits your budget and needs best. The simple split between Budget friendly, Mid Budget and High End Budget will give you a good indication of what you can receive during your wonderous stay in Cordoba.
I have concentrated my search as close to the city centre as possible, therefore making the trip more accessible.
These recommendations are perfect for Couples, Families, Solo travellers as well as groups.
This guide is LIVE, which means that I will update it every time I discover new hotels/hostels or apartments that are worth recommending. The guide will automatically sync any new changes even after your purchase WITHOUT an extra cost!

One way to get souvenirs in Japan is to collect station stamps (eki stamps) or maybe temple/shrine stamps called "goshuin". But did you know that you can also collect tower stamps?
I have compiled the 19 towers in Japan. See below for more information on where you can collect the stamps!
For private tours in Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe or for Japan itinerary planning, you can send me a direct message on Instagram @kansailocaltours.

The itinerary is for a full 3 days, with a bonus fourth day (and amazing exploring options) if you have the opportunity for an extended stay.

Spend the day with the kids* in historic Chester, England! I've made a list of family friendly (and educational!) things to do and see. These activities are walkable, or you can get a ticket to the hop-on-hop-off bus to skip the leg work.
Many of these activities are budget-friendly or free.
*I should note that I did most of these things traveling alone as a single 30-something woman and had a fabulous time. You don't have to have kids with you to participate.
If you enjoy this guide, I'd so appreciate you saving it, leaving a tip, sharing it, or writing a review below. Follow me and be the first to know when I create new guides. Thanks!

Ajijic is a small slice of heaven along the coast of Lago Chapala, Mexico's largest fresh water lake. It is where several retirees from Europe and North America flock to, and for good reason. However, while there is a quite large retired expat community, there still remains a vibrant local culture.
In this guide, you'll get info on where to eat, and what to do both inside Ajijic and the surrounding area.

The beautiful Spanish island of Mallorca is an incredibly popular beach destination, especially in the summer. So much so, that is sadly suffering from the consequences of overtourism. Earlier this year, thousands of locals demonstrated in Mallorca against the negative impacts of overtourism; incresed rental prices, overcrowded beaches, loss of quality of life & a drop in wages.
So is it still possible to visit in a sustainable way? Well, that's what I am going to try and convince you in this guide, so that if you do choose to visit Mallorca, that you can do so in a way that will hopefully not be deterimental to the locals living there.

Your ESSENTIAL Guide to HOLBOX, Mexico! Where To Stay and What To Do!
Live your paradise Island DREAMS on Isla Holbox off the coast of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsular. Pronounced "Hol-bosh", Holbox is a a gorgeous escape from the garish touristic spots of Cancun and Playa Del Carmen, this cute little island offers water based activities that will take your breath away along side delicious eateries and wellness activities! This is my personal no.1 coastal destination in the whole of the Yucatan State.
- Snorkel with whale sharks in the morning, soak up the sun in the afternoon, eat delicious cuisine with sea views at sunset, and swim through bioluminescent waters in the evening, enjoy live local music at night, then don't forget to dance on the beach and have a midnight swim!
The easiest way to reach Holbox Island is by public ADO bus, leaving from the main central station in Cancun, or if you're coming from the other side, Merida. You take the bus to the port of Chiquilá, then it's a short and enjoyable 25 minute ferry ride to paradise (people have been known to spot dolphins on the way so keep a look out!). Alternatively, you can arrange a shared shuttle or taxi transfer from Cancun to the port, or hire a car. Find out why I think public transport is best and how to book it, in the "What To Do" section of this guide.
The perfect get-away from Cancun, I 100% recommend Holbox above Isla Mujeres (an island opposite Cancun)... Holbox is more authentic and less like Cancun (which is now a tourist trap and very Americanised...) read on to find out more about why I think Holbox is amazing, and all my best recommendations and tips on where to stay, what to do and where to eat, for an INCREDIBLE time there!!

New England is known for its thriving craft beer scene, with numerous breweries producing exceptional brews. Did you know Vermont is the state with the most breweries per capita? The state may be small, but there are breweries everywhere. As a New Englander living in Vermont, it's challenging to definitively rank the "best" as preferences can vary widely, but here are some of the most outstanding breweries in New England, listed in no particular order.
Please note that the craft beer landscape is continually evolving, and new breweries frequently emerge with exciting offerings. I recommend exploring local beer scenes and tasting rooms in New England to discover hidden gems and favorites that align with your specific beer preferences.
