Mexico: Living Abroad Overview
Kristin Wilson
Mexico is a big country, and if you're looking to move there, it can feel daunting. Each region of Mexico is almost like its own country with its own subculture.
If you're looking for a place to move abroad, Mexico is a great option if you're looking for a place to move to that's closer to the US. It also has a really low cost of living. It also has a lot of art, culture, and history to explore, as well as beautiful landscapes and more development.
In this guide, you can find all of the information you'll need for moving to Mexico to live abroad and work remotely. It includes information on the top destinations to live and work from, cultural information, how to find housing, the cost of living, general amenities, and more.
This is a living guide, meaning that any updates I make to it will automatically sync in your guide. I'll be adding more to it based on questions I receive from my audience, and also more in-depth information about each specific place listed & where to travel from there. I will raise the price when I add more info, so grab it now at this low cost, and you'll still get those updates when they're added! This guide is fully interactive with links, an interactive map, and more!

Where to Live
If you're looking to live in Mexico, I would recommend traveling a bit around the country before settling down in one place, if you're going to be there long term. If you're planning on just nomad-ing around, you can easily go to different places, and rent in each place. If you're looking to buy real estate, then you'll definitely want to check out some different areas.
