This is a food tour that I've actually done with a few friends, so it's tried, tested, & true! It includes 7 spots that are all within walking distance of each other so it’s perfect for a fun day trip. Each spot in the crawl serves food that you can order in small amounts. That means you can try ALL of the spots in a day! 5 of them feature savory options, and the last 2 feature awesome desserts. The order of the stops makes the most sense for walking.
Most of the stops in this food crawl offer Chinese food, because of the heavy Chinese influence in the Flushing area. Most people think of Manhattan’s Chinatown when they think of Chinatown in New York. However, most of the food in Manhattan Chinatown is Cantonese (and yes, it's great!). On the other hand, Flushing is Queens’ Chinatown. It's not necessarily forgotten, but it represents mainland China more. Manhattan’s Chinatown is more compressed, whereas Flushing has a lot of big food halls, grocery stores, and communities so it feels more local.
I've also included a bonus map of 15 of my other favorite food spots in Flushing and nearby Murray Hill… in case you happen to still be hungry, or if you ever return to Flushing & just want to try something new! The bonus spots aren't in walking distance the way the ones in the food crawl are. But I wanted to include some food in this guide that wasn't just Chinese, to highlight the Korean, Indian, and Taiwanese demographics that also influence these neighborhoods.

Visit all the spots where small-town Kansas football coach Ted Lasso inspired and encouraged us all to be better versions of ourselves.
This easy walking tour starts from Richmond Station, which is easy to reach from central London, and visits several locations used throughout all 3 seasons of the hit show. Plus images of how the locations were used in the show.
Notable sites, such as Ted's flat, the Crown and Anchor, and the spot where Roy and Keeley had their first date are included! Also discover the beauty of Richmond along the way while you explore this quieter area of London. Finish your tour strong at the spot where Keeley has her photo shoot, which has a gorgeous view of the River Thames.
And remember, you shouldn’t bring an umbrella to a brainstorm, but you probably should on a walking tour...

For over fifteen years I've found solace each year in Colorado's San Juan mountains and never once have I paid a campsite fee.
Some of the greatest dispersed campsites in the country are located in this area of the state, but the best spots are kept secret online.
With this guide, you'll unveil a hidden sanctuary to greet each morning alongside tranquil rivers and witness breathtaking vistas of the majestic Rockies all with complete solitude.
Perfect for photographers, hikers, campers, backpackers, overlanders, and more.
**Note: Some of these campsites require high clearance and 4WD vehicles. Please research individual trails and roads before venturing to a location unprepared.

👣 This is a guide for the independent traveler who likes to move freely and explore Palermo beyond cultural stereotypes and tourist traps.
Moreover, this is a guide for the responsible traveler who doesn't want their money falling into the wrong hands.
👌🏼 That's why in this guide you'll only find places 100% guaranteed to be mafia-free: all the shopkeepers, artisans and entrepreneurs belong to a network that has refused to pay protection money to Sicily's Cosa Nostra mafia.
💪🏼 Supporting them is the best way to ensure your visit to Palermo is good for you and Palermitans!
**What's included?**
🗺 This guide has everything you need to eat, drink, and shop for 3-4 days in Palermo. You will find:
❤️ A curated selection of places 100 % racket-free:
- to eat 🍴: breakfast spots, ice cream shops, pizza, lunch, and dinner options for all budgets and occasions
- to drink 🍸: wine bars, cocktail bars, and aperitivo places
- to shop 🛍️: beyond the souvenir magnet, you can support local artisans and food entrepreneurs
📍An interactive map to help you find your way
✍️ My notes for each recommendation (they are places that I love)
🔍 A brief explanation about the anti-mafia social movement
🔔 Includes all future updates
