So, the town of Alba is a perfect size for strolling the streets and finding little bars to pop into for a taste of some of the great local wines from the Langhe region. I have found not all wineries are open to the public and are sometimes way off the beaten track so if you looking to stay central and not have to worry about how is driving and how is drinking then Alba is a great place to do a little wine tasting self-guided style. You never know you might even meet a few wine makers in the process they love to hang out in Alba for all the same reasons you wanna visit like the food is great.

Georgia's capital city, Tbilisi, is the ultimate vegetarian foodie destination, AND it's known for its delicious wines.
Did you know that Georgia is recognised as the world's oldest wine-making country? Yep! They know their wine.
We spent six months travelling around Georgia, and at least two of those were in Tbilisi, eating and drinking everything because it is all so good. Georgian is such an underrated cuisine, and it has the world's best bread! Big claim, I know, but I stand by it. Try it out and let me know.
This guide will help you with the best places to eat and drink that are friendly on the wallet, and that you absolutely cannot miss on your trip to Tbilisi.
