Karakter
@is_it_nasti
Perfect for meat and wine lovers, but to be inclusive they also serve seafood and vege options. If you want to try ostrich tartare or other ‘not your ordinary’ meat dishes, Karakter is definitely a place to visit. Professional stuff will also recommend wine from all over the world (I definitely recommend you give a chance to Polish wines) to pair with your food and the top food experience is guaranteed.

Filo | Greek bistro
@is_it_nasti
Modern touch to classic Greek cuisine brought by the up and rising chef Adriana whose love to food is immeasurable. ‘True Greek feast’ this is their motto, they want to bring what’s the best and most unique on your plate. Food sharing is the concept, come with friends and order smaller and bigger plates and a bottle of Retzina for the best Mamma Mia! experience.

Trzy Cztery Wine
@is_it_nasti
This is one of my most favourite places on the list, being a tiny little place they have so much to offer in terms of unusual food combinations and natural wines are insane. They change their menu each season to make sure that food that is served is fresh and full of taste. Their personal touch to classic desserts is also something to mention, just imagine the taste of matcha crème brûlée or pastel de nata with sea-buckthorn couli. An absolute must visit!

Mazi
@is_it_nasti
A younger sister of Filo bistro, this Mediterranean inspired restaurant is an absolute must visit. Every dish that I have tried there lives in my heart rent free ( potato gratin takes the biggest room for sure). The way chef combines ingredient is divine and something that you’d never think can be mixed together. Whether it’s a simple potato or scallops the taste of each bite will be a true delight.

Krakow history is tightly intertwined with Jewish culture, and Jewish food traditions are not an exception. Israeli kitchen with a twist - this is how you can describe Noah restaurant. There are a lot of Vegetarian options, as well as seafood and meat selection, there’s definitely something for everyone who wants to try unique tastes straight from the warm streets of Israel.

Gaia
@is_it_nasti
Everyone has been waiting for this restaurant to open in a historic centre of Krakow in a newly opened hotel and Gaia entered Krakow gastro world loudly. Cuisine inspired by Mediterranean traditions with beautiful interior and garden quickly became one of the favourite places for friends and family gatherings. After your dinner in Gaia make sure to visit Hedwig bar located in the same hotel in a former church! Drinks and design will leave you speechless.

GulGul
@is_it_nasti
One of my most favourite wine bars with hundreds of types of wines which you can pair with some exquisite and delicious tapas and small plates starting from croquettes ending with tuna or oysters. Place is located in the old town but is hidden from crowd and noise of the parties, perfect for romantic date.

Salute! Bar
@is_it_nasti
Place off the beaten track, in the modern industrial neighbourhood of Krakow. Inspired by Spanish tapas tradition and combined with some traditional Polish tastes and products it’s a great place to dine after exploring Zablocie and it’s top attractions: Mocak museum and Schindler’s factory.
Make sure to be hungry and order many small plates to share and pick some drink from an extensive cocktail and wine card.
