DIY Roman Food and Sightseeing Tour, When You Don't Want to Hire a Guide
⭐️Be your own guide with this DIY food, drink, and sightseeing guide through the heart of Rome!
In a city like Rome, guided food tours are popular but restrictive, and you might not get the most bang for your buck. And for some, touring a few specific places with a group of strangers is not their style.
Why not DIY and at your own pace while doing a little sightseeing as well?
This DIY tour will take you in a loop through the Centro Storico, Regola, Trastevere, and Jewish ghetto neighborhoods as you take in the sights and savor the local flavors of Rome.
Multiple options are included so you can repeat this another day but hit different spots!
Featuring:
🇮🇹 A recommended walking tour with various stops that will take you eating, drinking, and sightseeing through different neighborhoods in Rome
🇮🇹 Multiple options for food and drink in the different areas so you can select which places are best for you
🇮🇹 Descriptions of each eatery, including background information and details on atmosphere, in the notes sections
🇮🇹 Suggestions on what to order at each eatery based on personal experience and research
🇮🇹 Ideas to help inspire your own DIY tour comprised of whatever places you'd like!
⭐️ If you can't visit some of these places either because you get too full or too crunched for time, then create your own hit list and visit a different day!

🇮🇸 3-Day Itinerary - Explore Iceland's South Coast.
✨ Must-See places.
💎 Hidden Gems.
👉 Insider info for every stop.
⏰ How long to stay at each spot.
🚗 Drive times.
🏡 Best places to stay.
🍦 Local food.
📸 Photography tips.
☀️ March to October are the perfect months to follow this itinerary, with sufficient daylight to complete everything according to the timing provided and the best chance to have good weather.
📸 The itinerary is timed to arrive at each spot when the light is optimal (March through October) and when the locations are less crowded (fewer tour buses).
☔️ But it's Iceland, so be prepared for some rain and wind.
❄️ November to February: While it’s possible to visit all locations during the winter, there are two challenges:
❄️ Winter driving conditions
☀️ Limited amount of daylight.
👉 More info on driving in Iceland at the bottom of the itinerary.
⚠️ Caution: Trails at Reykjadalur Thermal River & Svartifoss Waterfall could be icy.
☀️ Sunrise will dictate a later start in the winter, but the itinerary should still be doable in 3 days.
⏰ While this itinerary times everything out, including how long it takes to drive to the next stop and how long to spend at each destination... feel free to take it at your own pace.
➡️ When you're ready to head to the next stop simply use the Directions/Go button next to the "address" which links to the map (Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze) to help you navigate.

Did you know Big Bend National Park is the #4 rated place in the world to see the stars? This park is so stunning that on clear nights you can see the entire milky way with almost no light pollution.
Recently, I checked stargazing off my bucket list and traveled between El Paso and Big Bend on a 5 hour winding road trip. On the way, I discovered all kinds of hidden gems and places worth visiting. In this guide you will find my favorite stops along the west Texas border.
What's Included:
• 2 Different Routes between El Paso & Big Bend National Park
Recommendations In:
• El Paso
• Fort Davis
• Marfa
• Terlingua
• and every stop in between
+ potential additional stops farther afield
This trip was unforgettable for me and I hope it's something I can help others experience too. Most of West Texas is very rural, so I made sure to include the best advice I have for other people (like me) that are from large urban cities and other climate zones.
PS- I visited during the heat wave of late summer 2023, I don't recommend. Consider visiting when it is cooler - it was 115 degrees when I was in town.

STOP doing Malaysia the wrong way 🛑 Skip the hours of research and get my ultimate Malaysia itinerary for 2-3 weeks. From the vibrant streets of Kuala Lumpur to the serene Perhentian Islands, the picturesque tea plantations, lush rainforests of Borneo, and a quick pit-stop in Singapore, this guide covers it all.
What’s included in my guide?
🛫 Everything is practically planned for you: I've thought of everything from the flights you need to take to reach each destination along the itinerary, to crafting an itinerary that minimizes flight times. This is especially important as Malaysia is not very well connected with air travel to more remote places outside the cities.
🗺️ Perfectly optimized itinerary: Minimize travel times and layovers.
🚍 Logistics made easy: Links to book transportation and hotels.
📅 In-depth details: Best times to visit, daily city itineraries, and budget breakdowns.
🔑 Essential tips: Avoid common pitfalls with crucial information, such as understanding Malaysia's digital arrival card requirements and knowing where ATMs aren't available so you can get cash beforehand.
🌟 Local gems: Top restaurants, must-do activities, and hidden treasures.
🗺️ Interactive map: An interactive map with 71 places linked, plus additional links to activities and hotels not included in the 71. As someone who has experienced it all firsthand and is heading back this summer, I’ve got you covered. 🌟
P.S. Download the Thatch app for a better viewing experience!

Brussels, the capital of Europe, is a thriving international city full of delicious food and amazing sights. Though many people choose to visit Bruges over Brussels, don't discount this city. Almost nothing can compare to seeing Grand-Place in person.
Just because Brussels is a political hub does not mean the city does not have extraordinary churches, museums and plenty of fun activities.

🚎Day Trips Worth Considering
See "Day Trips Worth Considering" if your trip leaves you with extra time for exploring beyond the city limits.

A sneak peak of the helpful info in this guide:
"Important: Pedestrians do NOT have the right-of-way in Brussels. TRAMS have the right-of-way, then the police, then pedestrians. Before crossing the street, check an additional time for trams.
Bruxelles Midi is by far the most dangerous place is the city. Pickpockets are always there and they may not even try to be stealthy. As far as I have heard, they won't physically harm you, but they might try to take your things. Keep your hands and your eyes on your luggage."

Fun Fact: Did you know the Brussels is known as a comic book hub?

This is a guide to an Island hopping itinerary of: Athens-Andros-Syros-Naxos-Paros
This guide will cover how to island hop through 4 incredible Greek Islands. It will cover things to do, places to eat, how to get around, and where to stay in each place. I have personally been to every single place included in this guide (except one! you'll see). These islands are a bit more off the beaten path than the usual tourist trail of Mykonos and Santorini. They are WELL worth visiting and should be on every travelers list! I believe you will find this guide extremely helpful and it will make your island hopping trip a breeze! I have listed personal descriptions about every single thing listed to give you a clearer idea of what to expect.
If you're interested in other islands I have also been to Santorini, Mykonos, and Milos and would be happy to explore those with you as well! I can also help with my planning process for any island adventure you may want.. believe me I've researched a ton of them!
Please also feel free to reach out to me through email: planformedani@gmail.com or at planforme.dani on instagram with any questions! I really am happy to help!

🗺️ details on how to get there, where to park, and how to get around
