By far the quickest way to get to Nice is by plane. Flights from Paris to Nice are available for as low as €40 if you book in advance.
For low-cost carriers, I recommend flying via EasyJet or RyanAir. Otherwise, look up Skyscanner to find the cheapest flights here:
Both international and domestic carriers fly into the Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE) so it's definitely possible to get a direct flight from your country of origin to this airport.
From there, it's only 30 minutes via public transport to the city center. I would highly recommend this option to get to your accommodation as it's cheap and efficient.
