The greatest town you've never heard of. Taxco is a charming hillside escape from the commotion of nearby CDMX and Cuernavaca. Sink into the life of this charming cobblestoned Pueblo Magico. With plenty of things to see, eat, and do, Taxco is the perfect destination for a long weekend getaway.

When many people visit Santa Fe, they stay in the city and explore the many restaurants, galleries, and high-end stores in this rich cultural center. Don't get me wrong these are all lovely and definitely a must-see or a great weekend trip. However, I tend to venture down a road less traveled. If you are visiting Santa Fe, I definitely recommend a day or two on the high road to Taos. This is not the quickest route to Taos but is the most picturesque. It goes from Nambe, thru Chimayo to Taos, winding through several small towns and communities at the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

This is my guide to the main attractions in the state of Yucatán. Additionally, some places to sleep and eat around to make the most out of exploring this Mexican state. I have spent years exploring the region and getting to know my state's wonders. It is now time to share the results of all those experiences with others.
