I have a pretty busy life, so sometimes, all I have are 24 hours and I´ve made it my mission to get the most out of every single one of my quick trips. This Bariloche guide is part of a whole section in my profile, so if you feel any resemblance to me, this is just for you!
Because I understand everyone is different and has different budgets, I´m putting more than one option for every meal (including a vegan one), so you can decide what fits best for you.

Tips and tricks
1. Chocolate Heaven: Bariloche is famous for its artisan chocolates. Don´t leave without sampling from Mamuschka, Rapa Nui, or Frantom.
2. Bring Layers: even in summer, Bariloche´s weather can change rapidly. Bring layers to stay comfortable throughout the day.
3. Bike-Friendly: renting a bike for the Circuito Chico is one of the best ways to explore the region. It´s both budget-friendly and eco-conscious.
4. Altitude Acclimation: some trails around Bariloche are at higher altitudes. Make sure to hydrate and pace yourself if you're not used to the altitude.
Bariloche is a year-round destination. Summer (December-February) is ideal for hiking and outdoor activities, while winter (June-August) transforms it into a skier's paradise. However, the shoulder seasons (spring and fall) are perfect for avoiding the crowds while still enjoying mild weather and stunning foliage.
