London is one of the most beautiful cities to walk around and explore. And funnily enough, a lot of the TOP attractions in London are relatively close to each other - you just need to really plan your itinerary!
And that is what I've done for you! I have personally done this walking tour over 6 times in 2 years. Whenever I had visitors, I found this was the perfect walking route to get people introduced to the city.
This walking tour will take you along the Thames River and into the city. You will come across:
🌉 5 important bridges
👑 5 historic landmarks
⛪️ 3 well-known churches
🌳 3 parks and squares
🛍️ 2 shopping areas
🤤 2 markets
🎨 1 museum
+ some food and restaurant recommendations!
And what's great is that it's customizable to your interest - you can stop at anything that particularly interests you!
It is also very easy to break this itinerary into smaller chunks if you feel like you want to spend a bit more time in a certain area or if you are a bit limited in time! It is completely up to you!
Fun Fact: this walking tour was how I spent my first day EVER in London and my flatmate and I re-did the tour right before we left to move back home! It's safe to say that is a personal favourite of mine!

This charming English town, just outside of the Cotswolds, was once home to Jane Austen and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Less than a 90 minute train ride from London, this is a great escape from hustle and bustle of city life.

I have held firm for years - and still do - that East London has the best food and restaurants in the city! The dishes are inventive, the decor and atmosphere is always on point, and the value for money is quite a bit better compared to west and central London.
I've lived in East London for nearly 3 years and I've been to these spots once or many times. I love them and hope you do too 😊 All arranged by cuisine 🍽️

Chinatown remains a hot tourist spot in London and there's a reason why. 1.5% of London's population are of Chinese ethnicity. Chinatown is always bustling with life and you will find most restaurant owners/staff of Chinese origin, making this a very authentic place to eat Chinese food. However, as it is limited to one main street, there have been many other amazing Chinese restaurants that have popped up.
Here's a list of my personal favourite Chinese restaurants in London. Follow @anneotherhuangryasian on Instagram for more food recs!
I hope you enjoy this guide.
Any tips would be appreciated 😊

Live like a royal in the capital city of England. This itinerary focuses on an ideal first time experience, including shows, food and historical landmarks. The Bath 2 day itinerary can be a great addition if you have a couple of extra days.

This city has an absolutely thriving wine bar scene - particularly in East London. It’s one of my favourite kinds of places to go out with friends and has led to some of my favourite afternoons and evenings in this wonderful city in the last few years.
These are the spots that I’d recommend over and over again! All tried and tested 🤍

Scotland - the land of iconic views, food, and a FANTASTIC campervanning destination. We campervanned here for two weeks with this itinerary and had such an amazing experience. This guide covers 14 days and a whole lot of campervanning - get ready for a roadtrip! It covers the following destinations:
- Glencoe
- Isle of Skye
- NC500
- The Cairngorms
- Aberdeen
- Edinburgh
- Glasgow
& MANY destinations and things to do in between these major stops.
For some places it includes restaurants (but not all, as it's a campervanning itinerary so you'll likely be cooking most of your meals), lots of adventure (hikes, views, and activities), where to stay (parking your campervan is SO easy in Scotland we've included where to look for camping spots and also included campervan sites to hook up to for each spot), and inside intel on what you should know before you visit.
This itinerary is for the adventurous and people who want to get BUSY during their time here to see as much as possible. It includes quite a bit of driving and lots of activities. Whilst this itinerary is jam-packed, you can easily choose what you want from each day to give you more downtime, and spread some of the activities over multiple days to cut down on your driving time - it's very easily manipulated to suit your needs.
