Cocktail Bars

Aqua Shard

Look no further for a brilliant place to go for panoramic city and riverside views. Located high up the famous Shard - London's tallest building. But only go for drinks only - not dinner (trust me)!

Duck & Waffle

What a spot. It's usually a go-to of mine for drinks when I have visitors in town. And it's open 24 hours a day! Hint: sit on the side of the bar that faces down to Sushisamba.

A lovely rooftop garden serving French food. Particularly great in the summer when the sun is out :) Lovely views of the city.

Fenchurch Restaurant

A stunning and swanky restaurant in the city's Sky Garden. Try to get the corner table for special views and a bit more space from others :)

Wagtail Rooftop Bar & Restaurant

This is such a hidden upscale gem right in the city. If you go for dinner in winter, consider booking one of their igloos. There's a minimum spend but 'tis the season right? :)

Riverside Restaurants

Coppa Club Tower Bridge
@awaywithalbs
I really like this riverside spot for a drink or light bite - especially in the summer. And there are igloos in the winter for a cosy tipple! It's by no means the best, or particularly amazing food in London, but I still like going anyway for the views and vibes :)

Rooftop Bars

Netil360 Rooftop Bar

A must-visit for drinks in the summer. This East London place is such a vibe! And if you want to keep the party going after the sun sets or it starts to get cold, head down to Mare Street Market :)

Madison
@awaywithalbs
Look no further for a stunning view of St. Paul's Cathedral! I just love this place. It always wows my visitors. From having a delicious Modern European meal at the restaurant, to going for day or evening drinks with a DJ spinning beats, there's always a vibe. Don't be surprised if there's a line to get in, so time your arrival accordingly. And get your camera out for the elevator ride up to the top - it faces the cathedral and offers a cool perspective of it.

Skylight Tobacco Dock
@awaywithalbs
A total sun trap during the day with great music, food, drinks, croquet and other lawn games. Don't miss sunset either - it's stunning!
