Iceland is one of my favorite places in the world and I'm excited to share this itinerary, which covers everything you need to have the most perfect week traveling the Ring Road. Plus I've included details about an off-the-beaten-path destination located in the center of the island, which was the highlight of my trip. If you're looking to hike, experience great Icelandic restaurants, be adventurous, and see the best parts of Iceland in 7-days, then this itinerary is for you. Destinations covered: 📍Partial Golden Circle 📍Þingvellir (Thingvellir) National Park 📍Skógar 📍Vík 📍Skaftafell 📍Höfn 📍Seydisfjordur 📍Lake Mývatn 📍Akureyri 📍Reykjavík 📍BONUS: Off-the-beaten-path destination (my favorite part of Iceland) Recommendations included in the itinerary: ✔️Hikes ✔️Restaurants ✔️Two tours ✔️Van rental information ✔️Campsite information ✔️Easy van meal ideas ✔️Local tips and general Iceland information ✔️Packing list to make van life seamless *This itinerary was created for someone looking to travel to Iceland between May-September.
