Florida is always an ocean lovers paradise and a visit to Jupiter is no exception. Located on the Atlantic coast and only being about 2 hours from Miami, and about 2 1/2 hours from the Orlando airport makes Jupiter an easy destination from several of the major airports. We spent 3 nights and 4 fun FILLED days exploring the area. This guide contains 8 fabulous places and fun things we did along with 1 Tiki Bar that should be considered a destination all by itself. From the time I fell in love with the Beach Boys music, I have been an ocean loving girl. I longed to go to the California coast and live the life, surfing, and lying on the beach all day. But growing up in the Southern part of the United States that never was to be. I never lost either my love of the beach/ocean or my desire to see the California coast, but it was a long, LONG time before I could make that dream come true. But finally I did, and believe me, it was all I hoped and imagined it would be. I traveled the Pacific Coast Highway from San Francisco to Pismo Beach exploring every little place that looked fun, interesting or just spectacularly scenic. As you can imagine--I stopped a LOT. In this guide I will share with you all of the wonderful places I discovered. You too can live the dream. I also include many of the photos I took at each place.

Did you know that Minneapolis has a bustling art district? Each May, Art-a-Whirl floods the streets and art buildings to showcase the wonderful art and artists in the Nordeast Neighborhood. Here are my top 5 art buildings to explore. Most buildings are 100+ years old, so staircases are essentials with lots of walking, bad air ventilation, and crowded spaces. At times, it can be freezing cold and rainy. Other times, it can be hot and humid. Plan accordingly, but normally the buildings run hot with little air flow. The buildings are spread out, so plan on walking miles if you want to see many of the buildings. There is a trolley that will take you around the area. Parking can be difficult, so car pool together and make sure you park in an actual parking spot. There are numerous music events, food trucks, restaurants, and breweries to enjoy! I suggest my favorite Nordeast brewery, Indeed as a place to quench your thirst! They also have a fantastic lineup of local artists all weekend long. These art buildings also host other events during the year. There is usually a mini Art a Whirl in the fall time.

The Florida Keys is made up of hundreds of islands and is a must-see Caribbean paradise right here in the U.S. There are plenty of things to do on and off shore, from wildlife encounters to simply relaxing in the sun and warm clear waters. It can be overwhelming trying to decide what to do in the Keys. This guide will help you concentrate on having fun in the sun by cutting through the clutter straight to a variety of the best places to Explore & Experience, Taste & Toast, and Rest & Recharge along U.S. Highway 1 through the Florida Keys.
