This guide is for everyone who is searching for gluten-free places to go while traveling in Munich! As a celiac who grew up in Munich, I have tried a lot of different restaurants and made both bad and great experiences regarding the knowledge of the waiters and the gluten-free alternatives. There are many more restaurants and cafés in Munich where one can enjoy something gluten-free, but it is important to explain it to the waiters when you order. In this guide though, I only recommend places I am sure that have the experience and knowledge to avoid contamination. I will add more from time to time :)
