Lima, Peru is one of Latin America's coolest (and largest) cities. And the neighborhood with the most charm, elegance, and straight up coolness is Barranco (sorry for all of the people who still think Miraflores is where it is at - you're wrong).
Barranco is historically (and technically still is) its own town, featuring its own Plaza de Armas and church at the center. However, as Lima has exploded, Barranco has been whisked into the line of nice neighborhoods in Lima, situated just south of Miraflores.
Barranco is teeming with cool restaurants, bars, coffee shops, art galleries, and generally good vibes. So where should you visit in Barranco? I am so glad you asked!

I've come back to Galway, Ireland on three separate trips and have loved it more each time. I studied abroad here, came back to visit with my then boyfriend, and put this guide together after visiting with my now husband and our best dog, Copper. Most of the restaurants and pubs are not dog-friendly, unless you can sit outside. But the hikes, walks, and beaches and very dog-friendly, as are most of the people here.

When most people think of Los Angeles, their minds tend to wander to the Hollywood sign, Rodeo Drive, bumper to bumper traffic, and palm trees. While all of this is very much a part of the LA scene, there is more than what meets the eye.
With a diversity score of 95 out of 100, Los Angeles is more diverse than other US cities. You can travel from a Thai market to a Guatemalan market in as little as 15 minutes.
Thai Town. Koreatown. Chinatown. Little Armenia. These are the communities I fell in love with.
These are the people of LA. People living their daily lives. Simply trying to make a living to support their families. And from that has come some of the best food you can find in the states. The best part is you donât have to make a reservation at a fancy restaurant. Itâs all right there, made for you on the streets.
LA is a foodie's heaven. Today I look forward to sharing some of my favorite spots, environments, and some places I was dying to try along the way.

đŞThis is a guide to ecotourism activities in Belgrade and the surrounding areas less than 100km from the capital of Serbia. If you visit Belgrade for a week or more and want to dive into the ecotourism scene or be active, this guide is for you.
đď¸ Activities like running, cycling, hiking, and kayaking are the main categories in this guide. We will also dive into safety in Belgrade because this is a question people often ask me about the country. So, I figured it is important to mention my views after living in Belgrade for nine years.
â
You will make good use of this guide if you are in Belgrade and want to dive into the ecotourism scene in the city or just want to be active while traveling.
â You will not use this guide well if you are looking for recommendations for restaurants or hotel accommodations. Even though I mention some restaurants where I had a great meal after my sports, this guide focuses entirely on activities.

Iâm going to cover all of my favorite places to eat and drink in San Sebastian, Spain!
About me and my travel style: I lived in San Sebastian from February-April, 2023. I restaurant and bar hopped my way through each neighborhood and am here to tell you my recommendations! If youâre the type of foodie that values atmosphere, presentation, and all-around vibes, then this is the guide for you! Iâm all about budget with a side of splurge! What does that mean? Well, sometimes I spend more on a cocktail than the amount of food Iâve ordered. But other times, I order multiple pintxos (pronounced pinchos) and wait to buy a bottle of wine at the supermarket afterwards! Donât let the colorful salad photo fool you, the majority of this guide focuses on pastries, meat, and cheese! I like to be out and about, and as a solo traveler, bars and restaurants provide a great place to people watch! Iâll include the places I frequented on my own, the spots me and my newfound friends hit, and where I took my guests who visited me for a more high-end experience! Iâll give you my perspective as a 27-year-old American from Atlanta, and Iâll share tid bits I heard along the way from others!
About San Sebastian: You will not be disappointed with the amount of cafes, restaurants, and bars available at your fingertips! This town thrives on their cuisine and nightlife, so thereâs something for everyone! Since the amount of options can be overwhelming, Iâm here to share the highlights from my experience after some hits and some misses! I really tried to narrow down this list, so I capped it at 45 places.
This guide includes where to go, for what meal, and in which neighborhood:
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Pintxos
- Dinner
- Dessert
- Drinks

Montenegro is probably the MOST underrated European country. Located in the Balkans by the Adriatic sea, most people would choose Croatia or Greece over Montenegro.
Why pick Montenegro instead? Because it's way less touristic and cheaper than its neighbors. And despite its small size, it has it all! From picturesque coastlines with centuries old towns to Alpine mountains and waterlily filled lakes, Montenegro doesn't disappoint.
And because of its small size, it's possible to see its highlights in 7 days, from North to South.
This guide is best suited for road trip enthusiasts and avid travelers who want to see as much as possible in a limited time and on a budget. There is little time for relaxation, expect to be exploring and driving every day (on average 3 hours per day), but it will be absolutely worth it!
For convenience reasons, this itinerary starts and ends in Dubrovnik, Croatia, right at the border with Montenegro.
This guide includes a detailed 7 days itinerary based on my own road trip done in 2021, with cheap accommodation recommandations, places to eat, activities, sight suggestions and even hidden gems! Everything you need in one place, so you can focus on enjoying your trip!
