My absolute favourite Greek Island for many reasons. It's food is to die for, the mesmerizing pottery shops, friendly cats, raw beauty of the island, stunning churches sitting high on the hills, the free-roaming goats, incredibly welcoming locals... shall I go on?! The famous Greek chef, Nikos Tselementes from Sifnos wrote the most famous Greek cookbook and since then Sifnos has been a gastronomy headquarter! Life on this small Cycladic island is slow, sweet, and blissfully simple. If you're looking for a few days to truly slip away and fully relax, this island is for you. Rarely any tourists in sight, this island is a true Greek experience!
