This is the trip my family of 4 (including 10 & 12 year old kids) took this past summer. The children had been to Europe before at 4 & 6 and the oldest had also been as a toddler. Both parents have been multiple times. We enjoy fast paced travel but generally prefer to go to smaller cities or towns. We trained between Zurich-Paris, Paris-Brussels, and Edinburgh-London. We flew from Brussels-London. We rented 4 different cars and drove everywhere else.

All the places we visited on our 71 day road trip. The route went down from Calais on the west of France for a week including another week in the Pyrenees. The north of Spain and Basque region for around 2 weeks. Down through Portugal including Porto, Lisbon and the Algarve for around 4 weeks. A few spots in the south of Spain from the drive back home which took us 10 days. Finally finishing in Bruges, Belgium. This tour of Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur in the Philippines will allow you to explore the rich history, cultural heritage, and stunning landscapes of these two beautiful provinces. Here's a suggested itinerary: Day 1: Arrival in Laoag, Ilocos Norte Arrive at Laoag International Airport. Check into your hotel in Laoag City. Explore the city center, including St. William's Cathedral and the Sinking Bell Tower. Have dinner at a local restaurant to sample Ilocano cuisine. Day 2: Ilocos Norte Heritage Tour Breakfast at your hotel. Visit Paoay Church (St. Augustine Church), a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
