🚨 20% OFF 🚨 This is a food tour that I've actually done with a few friends, so it's tried, tested, & true! It includes 7 spots that are all within walking distance of each other so it’s perfect for a fun day trip. Each spot in the crawl serves food that you can order in small amounts. That means you can try ALL of the spots in a day! 5 of them feature savory options, and the last 2 feature awesome desserts. The order of the stops makes the most sense for walking. Most of the stops in this food crawl offer Chinese food, because of the heavy Chinese influence in the Flushing area. Most people think of Manhattan’s Chinatown when they think of Chinatown in New York. However, most of the food in Manhattan Chinatown is Cantonese (and yes, it's great!). On the other hand, Flushing is Queens’ Chinatown. It's not necessarily forgotten, but it represents mainland China more. Manhattan’s Chinatown is more compressed, whereas Flushing has a lot of big food halls, grocery stores, and communities so it feels more local. I've also included a bonus map of 15 of my other favorite food spots in Flushing and nearby Murray Hill… in case you happen to still be hungry, or if you ever return to Flushing & just want to try something new! The bonus spots aren't in walking distance the way the ones in the food crawl are. But I wanted to include some food in this guide that wasn't just Chinese, to highlight the Korean, Indian, and Taiwanese demographics that also influence these neighborhoods.

Brussels, the capital of Europe, is a thriving international city full of delicious food and amazing sights. Though many people choose to visit Bruges over Brussels, don't discount this city. Almost nothing can compare to seeing Grand-Place in person. Just because Brussels is a political hub does not mean the city does not have extraordinary churches, museums and plenty of fun activities. ____________________ What's Included: 🏡Recommended Stay Options 🏛️Significant Sites & Churches 🏤Museums 🪺Greenspaces 🎇Nightlife 🧇Great Eats 🚙Transit & General Info 🚎Day Trips Worth Considering See "Day Trips Worth Considering" if your trip leaves you with extra time for exploring beyond the city limits. ____________________ A sneak peak of the helpful info in this guide: "Important: Pedestrians do NOT have the right-of-way in Brussels. TRAMS have the right-of-way, then the police, then pedestrians. Before crossing the street, check an additional time for trams. Bruxelles Midi is by far the most dangerous place is the city. Pickpockets are always there and they may not even try to be stealthy. As far as I have heard, they won't physically harm you, but they might try to take your things. Keep your hands and your eyes on your luggage." ____________________ Fun Fact: Did you know the Brussels is known as a comic book hub?

Welcome to my city! I created the ultimate guide with more than 200 selected things to do, see and taste as a result of more than 21 years living in this city. When people think of Denmark, they often picture the statue of the little mermaid, Tivoli amusement park and lots of bikes. And while Copenhagen is all of that, there’s also much more to the city. Included are the best places to see between: - Castles - Churches - Parks - Hidden gems - Museums & Galleries - Panoramic points - Best restaurants, unique cafes, street food, brunch - Suggested itineraries & more Here you'll also find general information of the city, how to get around, what not to do and frequently asked questions, as well as suggested itineraries. Do you have any question? Send me a DM on Instagram @worldofsofiab or an email to world.of.sofiab@gmail.com Happy exploring! *** Disclosure: For attractions, I provide GetYourGuide and Booking.com links where possible. I myself love the vendors as you can keep all your tickets/stays in one place (even better with the Copenhagen card), you also get instant confirmation and can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your planned activity/stay - this is a major benefit in a city like Copenhagen where the weather can dictate your itinerary. Using the links provided also help me as a small business, as I make a small commission with no additional charge to you!

A hotel room with an epilepsy warning? An omakase course of tea-based cocktails? I can't say for sure these are hidden gems, but after months of seeing everyone and their moms go to Japan since COVID reopening, I can say these were some of my favorite spots that I seldom saw people visit. Hi! I'm a Brooklyn-based tech journalist-turned-corporate comms editor. Early in my career I spent a stint as a luxury travel planner and writer specializing in Asia, and if I can toot my own horn, I'm often the friend everyone says "wth Natt, how do you find all these cool spots, drop that itin." (Fine, they don't say it like that, but you get the point). Travel planning is a great hobby for me, and I am writing this as both a journal to remember my trip by and to share with friends, hence the overly familiar tone you might find below. If you discovered this on the Thatch platform, consider giving my guide a shot and hopefully you'll find it useful for an adventuresome visit to Japan! This guide includes: ✈️ Pre and post-arrival pro-tips 🛌 Hotel, restaurant, and activity suggestions with some personal anecdotes (we vetted any Instagram vs realities!) 📍 Resources, databases, and things to make your journey more efficient and economical It is not: 📆 A list of daily itineraries ❓ "Beginner's guide to Japan" i.e. how to book JR trains, basic etiquettes, how to transfer from airport to city 🔝 The absolute best of the bests - opinions here totally my own
