You will certainly have heard of Skopelos, it is one of the most beautiful Greek islands, so photogenic that it was used as a set for the film "Mamma Mia", the famous Abba musical!
Skopelos is a small pearl nestled between the tourist Skiathos, which has now become the main destination of the Sporades Islands, and Alonissos, more private and quiet and is a perfect mix between the two.
This balance perhaps makes it one of the most beautiful and evocative islands in all of Greece for several reasons: It is one of the most lush Greek islands, with forests that practically reach all the way to the sea; the nightlife, although not as wild as Skiathos, is well organized and finally its small size allows it to be explored by car, scooter but also on foot.
If you are looking for a perfect summer escape, Skopelos is the perfect place. With its breathtaking nature, its hidden beaches and its unspoiled charm, this island will amaze anyone. If you are going there for the first time, don't worry! We have created a useful guide on what to see in Skopelos and the most beautiful beaches to visit but also many other tips..

Greece, my favorite European country! The Peloponnese is by far my favorite part of Greece. It is less crowded and a lot cheaper than the famous islands. You can still find many authentic villages and incredible beaches. Visit the most relevant national archeological sites and breathtaking monasteries. It is a great region to go hiking and exploring the many waterfalls. We always rent a car and go on a road trip through the vineyards, olive and orange trees. Here’s my Peloponnese Travel Guide including what you can’t miss when you go there and where to eat and stay.

It's a sparsely populated region of Australia, land of farmers and abundant wildlife, very green and also a bit cold. After all, it's one of the southernmost places in the world.
When it comes to Tasmania, you must see everything, and that's why I organized a six-day road trip that circumnavigated the entire island.

The romantic Santorini, also called the pearl of the Aegean, is a truly special Greek island, at the same time one of the most famous and representative of Greece's tourist success but also one with its own strong identity, distinct from the other islands.
The island was formed following a gigantic volcanic explosion that occurred over 3000 years ago and today is characterized by cliffs overlooking the sea and charming villages made of whitewashed houses, blue domes and intricate alleys.
Santorini also boasts a rich past and a fascinating history, made up of dominations, incursions and legends, including the one that identifies it with the mythical island of Atlantis.
Ready to go? Let's find out together what to see in Santorini, with this guide with practical advice on this island!

I have visited Ireland at least once a year of my 27 years and in more recent years, I have opted to fly in through Dublin because the flights are significantly cheaper and way more frequent than to Shannon. As a result, I tend to have a day or two in Dublin on either end of my trip to see friends, family, and the wonderful city of Dublin!
I had all my Dublin recommendations in various Notes on my phone for the longest time. Since we're getting married in Ireland in May 2024, I thought it was as good a time as ever to compile all my recommendations and some other people's recommendations (thank you Kenzie, Shannon and Greg) into one Local-ish Guide to Dublin for our guests traveling to Ireland.
Dublin is Ireland's capital and largest city on the island's east coast. The River Liffey (or the Sniffy Liffey as my Auntie Sandy calls it) runs right through the center of the city dividing it into Northside and Southside, and out to Dublin Bay which feeds into the Irish Sea. Dublin, which translates to "black pool" in Irish, was founded just south of the Liffey by the Vikings in 841. Ever since Dublin has endured a turbulent history but has prevailed and been shaped into the 21st-century city it is today.
At the very end of this document is an overview of language(s), currency, climate, live weather, the best time to visit, public transportation, what to pack, and of course, travel tips!
As always, I'm happy to help you plan a custom itinerary for your trip to Dublin or the rest of Ireland! Just reach out to me directly (:

A 2-day tour of Manila, the capital city of the Philippines, will provide you with a glimpse of its historical, cultural, and modern attractions. Here's a suggested itinerary for your short stay:
This lively historic city has plenty to see and do, including museums, parks, theaters, shopping complexes, and a profusion of eateries.
Manila, the Philippines' capital, is a heavily populated bayside metropolis on the island of Luzon that combines Spanish colonial architecture and modern skyscrapers. Intramuros, a colonial-era walled city, is the core of Old Manila. The baroque 16th-century San Agustin Church and Fort Santiago, a storied castle and former military prison, can be found here.
Please note that this is a condensed itinerary for a short 2-day visit to Manila. The city has many more attractions to offer, so if you have additional time, consider exploring areas like Chinatown, and Divisoria for shopping, or visiting other museums and parks. Also, be mindful of Manila's traffic, especially during rush hours, so plan your activities accordingly.
