I got to enjoy three weeks in Oaxaca de Juarez (Oaxaca City) in late 2021, and most of that time I spent eating and drinking. I've curated my top recommendations for you, organized into the following categories: ✨Bars including mezcalerias, breweries, and cocktail spots. ✨Cafes and bakeries. ✨Casual meals including street food and markets. ✨Nicer, sit down meals where you'll experience the depths of Oaxacan cuisine. Mexico City (CDMX) is an incredible place with a rich history and culture. You could easily spend a year or more here and still be discovering new things! CDMX is enormous and each neighbourhood offers a completely different vibe with it's own unique attractions. Therefore, this guide is organized by the most iconic neighbourhoods so you can choose to stay close to what suits you and your interests best. The guide includes recommendations for places to eat, attractions and activities, and places to stay for the following neighbourhoods: Roma Norte, Condesa, Centro Histórico, and Polanco, as well as some honourable mentions for other places to check out outside of those areas. We spent two months in beautiful Sayulita, Mexico with our dog and have details on all of our favorite restaurants, places to stay, and fun adventures! Tulum, located on Mexico's Caribbean coastline, is renowned for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters and bohemian charm. Once a small fishing village, it's evolved into one of the most desired destinations in Mexico, still retaining it's laid-back, eco-conscious vibe! It's the perfect place for relaxation, culture and adventure with no shortage of things to do in and around Tulum, whether it's visiting ancient Mayan Ruins, swimming in Cenotes, in the ocean with turtles and sting rays or dancing or dining at world famous boho beach clubs. It honestly has something for everyone - read on to find out my best hot tips and the best places to stay and eat are, not to mention the best activities to indulge in!!

Puerto Escondido is a paradise for those looking for both relaxing vibes and party. Where you can find both international and local vibes unlike other places like Cancún or Tulum, Puerto Escondido has not been hit by the massive tourism (YET!). In this guide I'll show you the best places, beaches, coffees, activities and options to do around Puerto Escondido so you can enjoy it to the fullest without losing the chance to get in touch with the Mexican culture!

Live your paradise Island DREAMS on Isla Holbox off the coast of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsular. Pronounced "Hol-bosh", Holbox is a a gorgeous escape from the garish touristic spots of Cancun and Playa Del Carmen, this cute little island offers water based activities that will take your breath away along side delicious eateries and wellness activities! This is my personal no.1 coastal destination in the whole of the Yucatan State. - Snorkel with whale sharks in the morning, soak up the sun in the afternoon, eat delicious cuisine with sea views at sunset, and swim through bioluminescent waters in the evening, enjoy live local music at night, then don't forget to dance on the beach and have a midnight swim! The easiest way to reach Holbox Island is by public ADO bus, leaving from the main central station in Cancun, or if you're coming from the other side, Merida. You take the bus to the port of Chiquilá, then it's a short and enjoyable 25 minute ferry ride to paradise (people have been known to spot dolphins on the way so keep a look out!). Alternatively, you can arrange a shared shuttle or taxi transfer from Cancun to the port, or hire a car. The perfect get-away from Cancun, I 100% recommend Holbox above Isla Mujeres (an island opposite Cancun)... Holbox is more authentic and less like Cancun (which is now a tourist trap and very Americanised...) read on to find out more about why I think Holbox is amazing, and all my best recommendations and tips on where to stay, what to do and where to eat, for an INCREDIBLE time there!!
