2 days in Lake Garda - Tips for a special weekend out on Lago di Garda

Portugal is one of the best European countries for an on the road: it's easy to get around, it enjoys an excellent climate almost all year round, the food is good and there are lots of things to do and see for all tastes. We spent 14 days in Portugal and I can tell you that there is no better choice we could have made in our life. Its wild beaches, the cliffs that will take your breath away, its villages populated by medieval houses.. Discovering Portugal by camper or car is an experience that will make you discover your spirit of freedom or above all reach all its wonders, even in the most remote places! But before traveling you need to carefully plan your itinerary and I want to show you mine! In this itinerary from north to south of Portugal I show you all the most beautiful places we have visited including beaches, villages and cities, so that you can choose which ones to see based on the time you have and your preferences. This is a 14 day itinerary but, if you have less time available you can adapt it by excluding something. In this Lake Como itinerary, you'll explore some amazing non-touristy places around Lake Como, while skipping the Instagram-famous villas you might find there. Villas are nice and beautiful, but Lake Como has much more to offer, and much of it is free of charge! This itinerary is all about enjoying the natural gems around Lake Como and discovering charming spots during your stay. From the small and beautiful Lago di Endine and the stunning Lago di Iseo to breathtaking waterfalls and amazing views of the Swiss Alps, you'll be surrounded by stunning Alpine scenery wherever you go. If you are looking for skiing suggestion, this guide is not for you. My friends and I traveled by car, so the guide has been written accordingly. You can still find this guide interesting if you plan to bike around or come by camper or caravan as there are also suggestions of what to do and where to eat. If you plan to use public transportation, this is not covered in this guide. El Bolsón is located in the middle of the Andes in Argentine Patagonia, 120 km south of Bariloche and is the starting point for numerous activities in the area. If you love hiking, this is the place for you. Various huts including campsites offer accommodation for multi-day hikes to discover the beautiful landscape. This guide provides information on the town of El Bolsón to give you an overview of what to expect, where you can stay, recommendations on places to eat and other useful information. This place is mostly known among Argentinians and not very frequented by international tourists. So if you're looking for a more local destination, this is the place for you!
