This is a Japanese-style Sandwicherie. Pain de Mie is basically a sliced loaf of bread...but Japanese style (so it's closer to a brioche than wonder bread 😉)
We tried their sandwich with melted cheese and it was amazing. This shop is located on rue de Rambuteau which is a Parisian Foodie heaven!

Whether you're looking for a nibble for lunch or some of the best pastries you'll ever try, this is the place. There's a small park across the street to have a small picnic.
