Results for Paraty

Paraty is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, nestled in Brazil's stunning Costa Verde. This charming colonial town boasts cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, and lush tropical surroundings - and it's my favorite town in Rio de Janeiro. In the late 17th century, Paraty marked the endpoint of the Gold Route, through which gold was shipped to Europe. Its port was crucial for importing tools and African slaves for the mines. The town built a defense system to protect its wealth. Today, Paraty's historic center preserves its 18th-century layout and colonial architecture, offering a glimpse into its rich past spanning the 18th and early 19th centuries. With its rich history, vibrant culture, and picturesque coastline, Paraty offers visitors a unique blend of historical exploration, outdoor adventure, and relaxation by the sea. Explore its well-preserved architecture, embark on boat tours to nearby islands, or simply unwind on its pristine beaches – Paraty promises a memorable experience for all. In this guide, you'll find recommendations to fill up at least 4 days of your visit, including logistics, accommodations, dining, and of course, you can contact me if you need a personalized itinerary Have fun!

60% OFF - Full price $30 A comprehensive guide to hosting a final fling in San Diego for the boujee bride. I am a California native turned San Diego-based travel & lifestyle blogger. I'm super passionate about creating content that shows people how to make the most of life in America's Finest City. As an avid lover of tidepools, brunch, and rooftop drinks, I created this guide for my fellow brides and bridesmaids. We all know that planning the bachelorette party is one of the hardest parts of the whole wedding - coordinating schedules, agreeing on where to eat - all of that! So I've made it as easy as can be with this one-stop shop for the boujee bride! This guide is for the boujee bride who wants to feel pampered, fancy, and have ample opportunities to dress up. San Diego has you covered! Highlights of this guide include: 💄 Making a custom lipstick shade 🦩 Giant gold flamingo fishbowl cocktails 👙 Hotel pool passes ⛵️ A private sailboat experience It also includes options for accommodation, dining, activities, cocktails, wine/beer, & more! San Diego county is over 4,000 square miles - there's lots of ground to cover & public transportation isn't great. This guide will help you centralize your home base, activities, food, and everything else! When to do this trip: San Diego is beautiful any time of year. If the wedding timeline permits, I recommend trying to plan this trip during the "slow season" which is mid-January through March. Everything will be much more affordable and there won't be as many summer tourists in town.
