Important things before visiting Korea! 🇰🇷

1. T-money - transportation card, which you can buy in every convenience store. You can only top it up with cash, either at a convenience store or using machines at any metro station. If you don't have cash ATMs can also be found at any station! Just tap in when you enter the bus or metro. Don't forget to tap out as you leave!

2. Naver maps - in Korea Google maps aren't as reliable. Naver maps and Kakao maps are the most common. The app is also in English, however, searching places with their romanised names might be a bit tricky. I recommend looking the place up first, then copy and paste the korean name into the app!

3. Kakao T - taxi app! Uber isn't that popular in Korea, so it's better to use their taxi company, like kakao taxi! The app is in English and it gives you the option to pay to the driver, so you don't need Korean bank account! Very useful after a night out since metro closes at midnight!

4. Papago - more accurate version of Google translate for Korean!

5. Food delivery - South Korea is famous for it's delivery! Although, it can be tricky if you're not a resident! Shuttle is a delivery app for foreigners, who don't have korean bank account or ARC.
