Are you heading to the land of pizza and pasta, worried about eating gluten-free without getting sick?
Don't fret! Surprisingly, Italy is one of the best places for travelers with Celiac Disease. There are numerous dedicated gluten-free bakeries, restaurants, and even grocery stores throughout the city. What's even more reassuring is the presence of AIC (Associazione Italiana Celiachia) in Italy, which offers an app listing restaurants with strict protocols for handling gluten-free orders to prevent cross-contact.
In this guide you will find:
*How to Navigate Supermarkets in Italy including a dedicated 100% gluten free supermarket near the Vatican
*Information about the Italian AIC App and How to Use It
*Highly Recommended Gluten Free Italian Restaurant Card
*My recommended Gluten Free Restaurants including restaurants close to major attractions
*Map of all the restaurants, bakeries, gelato shops and supermarkets.
*Our family's favorite activities and tours we did in Rome

Experience this Mediterranean seaport city along with hillside villages nestled into cliffs.
The city we call Genoa in English is Genova in Italian. This maritime city is the regional capital city of Liguria along Italy’s northern Mediterranean coastline, bordered by the Côte D'Azur of France and Monaco to the west, where the Alps meet the sea.
As a Mediterranean region, Liguria is known for fresh produce and seafood with a variety of cheese produced in its coastal hills. The high-speed train takes just over 1-1/2 hours from Turin.

Your image of a trip to Egypt is one that probably includes lots of desert scenery, majestic ancient ruins in the middle of dunes, and lush gardens around the banks of the Nile. Cairo is none of that.
Cairo is one of - if not the largest, depending on your source - metro area in Africa, and definitely the largest in the Arab World. It's crowded, busy, bustling, noisy, and chaotic. Very few of its site date back to ancient Egypt and most travelers leave either underwhelmed or worn down by the large city. But, this is a really easy fix: adjust your expectations. Because Cairo is a city oozing in culture and history. It's also the center of the Arab World's music and film industries, and has been the preeminent center of culture in the Arab World for over a millennia. With amazing neighborhoods and dynamic experiences, you could easily entertain yourself for four days in Cairo.
So, what should you do in Cairo? I'm glad you asked! Here is my guide to Cairo's best sites.

The BEST accommodation options for your trip around ICELAND -for ALL BUDGETS.
Iceland is an incredible country, its dramatic landscapes and tourist infrastructure make it a must visit destination with appeal for all ages. I coordinated and lead an adventure tour here recently and it is honestly one of the most beautiful and magical destinations I have ever been to. In this guide I share my top recommendations for Icelandic accommodation, divided into budget categories.
If you only have a few days and aren't planning to move around much further than the golden circle, or if you won't have access to your own car, my advice would be to stay in Reykjavik for most of your nights and do day trip tours with a stay somewhere special out in the countryside for 1 or 2 nights as a treat.
Iceland doesn't have good public transport links outside of the capital so you really have two options, book onto a tour or it's one of the best places to do a self drive adventure. (If you're planning for Winter, don't let the ice worry you- opt for an SUV and contact the rental place in advance to ask for studs on your tyres)

The wonderful city of Kathmandu in Nepal. This was my first stop before travelling to India and as always, I travelled with no expectations but I tell you ... it exceeded all my none existing expectations.
From discovering lovely coffee shops with the best organic Nepalese coffee to being stopped by strangers who simply wanted to have a chat, Nepalese people are some of the kindest I have met in my travels.
Let me share with you the touristic places I visited, as well as cafes and restaurants and make your trip easier. I did all the research so you don’t have to 😊

Aberdeen in Scotland is a great location to explore the east coast! We visited on our road trip, and whilst we didn't dive too much into the city itself, the area around Aberdeen has to much to offer. It's close to the Cairngorms, castles, coastal villages, and so much more. Here's our recommendations for around Aberdeen.

London is full of amazing options that will undoubtedly add to your time and experience here. From bustling central, to the beautiful west side and cool and trendy east side, there are so many interesting places to stay depending on the kind of trip you want to have. These are the kind of places I'd stay if I were visiting London 🛎️
I've included a mix of...
✨ ACCOMMODATION TYPES: modern & Victorian boutiques, residential pub hotels, splurge-worthy gems
✨ LOCATIONS: in the hustle and bustle or quieter areas
✨ PRICE POINTS: moderate to splurge
And because London is so well connected thanks to a brilliant public transport system, each of the listed spots are either close to bus and tube lines - and/or are walking distance to amazing sites and scenes.
At the time of writing, all of these recommendations have at least a 4 out of 5 rating on Google and at least an 8 out of 10 rating on Booking.com. And that benchmark hasn't led me astray yet 😊

The Sahara is mystical, enchanting, and endless. And getting there is half the fun.
While you might get your camel fix in the Agafay Desert near Marrakesh, the big and grand desert is a solid 10 hour drive away. And while it is easiest to get a guide to help, it is possible to do it (or at least part of it) on your own. Just make sure you bring four-wheel drive and a satellite GPS to get to your camp.
Even if you don't want to go into the desert by yourself, there is a plethora to see along the way, including the High Atlas Mountains, the kasr's and movie studios around Ouarzazate, the fascinating Berber culture in the Dra’a Valley, and even some more off-the-beaten bath excursions towards Tazenakht. If you are looking for the best sites to and from Erg Chigaga, this guide is for you.
