Places to go

Auckland is a very walkable city and the places below should definitely be on your list. However, the weather there is unpredictable so make sure you check before hand and bring layers regardless of what the forecast says! REMEMBER - New Zealand's winter is June-August and summer is December-February.

Sky Tower
@lisaberryman
This is New Zealand's tallest building so worth checking out and depending how brave you're feeling you can jump from the top of the tower! Or (like me) you can watch in awe as people plummet at 85km/h down the side of the tower.

Worth walking around here at sunset to admire the harbour, the parks surrounding it and staying at the end of the pier to watch the sunset.

For a nice view over Auckland, take a walk up here. To get here (without a car), take the 25L towards Lynfield, the ride takes around 20mins and is very simple.
