I left my heart in Oklahoma when I went to celebrate graduating with my online Master's in Education from Oklahoma State University! This three day itinerary should show you why!

Day 1 (Bricktown and Downtown)

Myriad Botanical Gardens

This oasis in the middle of the city is beautiful to walk around, look at some fish, or watch an event! If you want to beat the heat, you can pay extra to walk through Crystal Bridge Tropical Conservatory which I highly recommend. It was beautiful!

Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum

A memorial recognizing the victims of the deadliest domestic terrorist in America. Beautifully laid out and a place for reflection and solace.

Bricktown Water Taxi

While it is on the touristy side, it makes you feel like you’re in the Venice of Oklahoma! They will take you through the entire system and you can look for where you want to eat along the waterfront dining options!

Is the place where you can find the best beers in the world!I still think fondly about their Rainbow Sherbet Ale and I usually hate beer. It really does taste and smell like rainbow sherbet! And they have a carousel of unique flavors to try!

Day 2 (Museums and Midtown)

Did you know there are a series of underground tunnels and skywalks connecting the downtown city? It is a great way to beat the heat or escape from the snow while walking through! There are also art installations and other things to see.

Spend the afternoon at the Gathering Place! It boasts 66.5 acres of things to explore! With donations totalled over $100 million there is so much to see and do. While most of it is geared towards families and kids, Braden and I found a lot to do! The Cabinet of Wonder holds so many curiosities to explore!
