Visiting Barcelona and don't know where to go for the best meals? I gotchu! 🍴
What qualifies me to even make this list? I've lived in Barcelona for grad school and since then I travel yearly as it literally my favorite city in the world. That being said, I make it my mission to discover new restaurants and keep growing this list every time I visit.
Some of these locations you'll need to make reservations for and plan ahead since they're well known. 🌈✨

THE DAY-BY-DAY GUIDE TO A BACHELORETTE WEEKEND IN VEGAS 👰♀️🍾🥂
They say, "What happens here, stays here…," but Vegas is sure to create memories that you'll carry with you for a lifetime. Thanks to its "anything goes" attitude, Vegas has become synonymous with milestone celebrations like birthdays, and even quickie weddings, and of course bachelor(ette) parties. About a year ago, I celebrated my own bachelorette here - and this is my exact itinerary!
For context, I didn't originally think of myself as the typical wild child bride that would choose Vegas, and this itinerary definitely reflects that. I'm not a big nightclub person. I didn’t want 24/7 debauchery; I wanted some balance, some time to actually hang out with my bridesmaids. In fact, I was originally picturing parking myself at a swim-up bar in Mexico or the Caribbean, but the remnants of COVID restrictions complicated things. I started looking at stateside options, and Vegas pleasantly surprised me that I could find a good balance in Sin City.
Keep reading to check out exactly what we did each day.

During my trip to Italy, I spontaneously decided to spend a day in Bergamo, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much this city has to offer—more so than even nearby Milan, for example. When I picture a classic Italian postcard city, Bergamo now comes to mind. With amazing food (of course), charming little alleyways filled with souvenirs and regional products, and beautiful historic architecture, it has everything you’d want from a city nestled near the Alps.
The city of Bergamo is located in northern Italy's Lombardy region. Bergamo is made up of two parts: the modern extension in the plains below and the old walled core, known as Città Alta ('Upper Town,') situated inside a group of hills. Encircled by vast Venetian defensive systems, the upper town has been recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since July 9, 2017.
Let me show you what’s worth seeing!

⭐️ This travel guide will save you 10+ hours of researching the best restaurants, wine bars, meat/cheese/antipasti, coffee & sweet shops, and more in Emilia-Romagna!
Emilia-Romagna, often hailed as Italy's "food valley," is the birthplace of some of the world's most cherished and protected foods, the freshest and most well-known ingredients, and some of Italy's most beloved recipes.
This region is renowned for treasures like Parmigiano Reggiano, (aka the king of cheeses) Parma ham (prosciutto), Lambrusco, tagliatelli ragu (also known as bolognese sauce), and so much more.
Emilia-Romagna benefits from a unique microclimate, making its location, terrain, soil, and climate perfect for cultivating the finest resources. Because of this, the food is undeniably some of the best in the world.
If you want a foodie adventure, consider a tour through Emilia-Romagna. In my opinion, the Fall and Winter months would be the most ideal based on the region's classic hearty and warm dishes like tortellini en brodo which would just not have the same magic in the middle of the summer. But regardless of when you visit, finding a subpar meal will be a challenge.
This guide features a curated list of places to eat and drink in a few of the larger cities in the region – Parma, Modena, and Bologna. I've included an array of wine bars, cafes, trattorie, sandwich shops and sweet shops, catering to various price points and styles so that there is something for everyone!
While you can't really go wrong with any eatery in this region, choosing any of the recs in this guide will ensure hassle-free and time-saving planning so you can enjoy every meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner).
Featuring:
🍝Curated dining and drinking recommendations in Parma, Modena, and Bologna based on quality, atmosphere and overall experience
🍝Recs include coffee shops, sweet shops, wine/cocktail bars, aperitivo bars, and restaurants for lunch and dinner
🍝Descriptions and details on each eatery with recommendations on what to order
🍝Direct links to each eatery's address on Google Maps so you can easily get directions once there
🍝Direct links to Instagram pages (if available)
🍝Links to the websites with more details
🍝Hours of operation so you can plan your visit accordingly
Buon Apetito!

💪This is a travel guide to the ecotourism scene in the Cusco province in Peru. It's a great place for ecotourism, with several options, some affordable and others not so much. I did most of the activities myself, so I added all my experience and what I have learned about each place in this guide.
🏞️ This guide shows an active but cultural side of Peru, where your adventurous spirit will flourish as you explore the best Cusco has to offer. It will help you quickly identify the main activities and adventures available in the province.
✅ You will use this guide well if you are in Cusco and want to dive into the ecotourism scene in the province and be active while traveling. This guide is useful for those who enjoy doing activities by themselves. While most of the activities can be done with a tour agency, I did most of them by myself, so you will find recommendations for agencies only for the few activities where it is hard to do without an agency.
❌ You will not use this guide well if you are looking for recommendations for restaurants or hotel accommodations in Cusco. One section in this guide only provides recommendations for places where I ate and stayed in Cusco. However, it is not the focus of this guide; it only includes places where I had good experiences and want to recommend them to you.
💡You will find tips on arranging transportation, which tour agencies to contact if you prefer to tour with a group, and general tips about the activities. This guide will save you hours of research for activities in Cusco and give you a clear insight into what's available. After that, you need to book the tour with the recommended agency or do it yourself if you prefer.
💰 This travel guide is a once-in-a-lifetime purchase; I am continuously on the road, traveling and exploring new places. Whenever I uncover a new gem or get more information about a place I explored, I will add it here, and you will receive the updates automatically at no extra cost.
🍲 Most of the time, I brought food with me on my adventures, but in some, I found great restaurants in Cusco. One section of the guide covers all my recommendations to you.
📕I run a travel blog (https://helpmezuka.com/) where I write about ecotourism and tips for travelers about the destinations I uncovered in my journey. If I covered one adventure in this guide, you will find a link to the blog post where you can find complementary information about it.
🛄 Are you ready to be the next Cusqueño/a EcoTourist? Embark on this journey and let this guide help you uncover the best of the ecotourism scene in Cusco.

Prague’s rich cultural history provides an ideal environment for the flourishing specialty coffee scene. From the influence of the Turks to aristocrats enjoying their brews, the city has embraced a diverse coffee culture since the '60s, with even earlier roots (like the sugar cube in Dačice, just south of Prague).
Beyond its reputation for fantastic food, Prague impresses with its exceptional coffee offerings—truly outstanding coffee. The city has experienced multiple waves of coffee enthusiasm, signaling a serious commitment to the craft. Local roasters are on the rise, and small specialty coffee shops focus on specific brewing styles, showcasing a dedication to both equipment and skills.
Below, you'll find some places I explored and researched, along with others recommended but yet to be visited. Prague has stolen my heart, so I'll be back for more, and rest assured, my list will be updated. One last note: as a non-milk drinker, my appreciation for these places lies in the excellence of black espresso.
