Did you know Big Bend National Park is the #4 rated place in the world to see the stars? This park is so stunning that on clear nights you can see the entire milky way with almost no light pollution. Recently, I checked stargazing off my bucket list and traveled between El Paso and Big Bend on a 5 hour winding road trip. On the way, I discovered all kinds of hidden gems and places worth visiting. In this guide you will find my favorite stops along the west Texas border. Inspired by the travel show, The World's Most Amazing Vacation Rentals, I went to San Miguel de Allende because of the gigantic, pink, Gothic church in the city's center. As a solo traveler, I consider safety and being aware of my surroundings, however, the city of San Miguel was a wonderful experience. How to spend 10 days exploring southern Spain. You can rent a car and brave the roads or travel between cities by train! Andalusia has beautiful towns filled with charm, history, and, most importantly, good food. Each town is safe and easy to navigate as a solo female traveller.

Welcome to the most geographically diverse country in the world, the U.S.A.! This guide is written based off of a road trip that we took in late 2020. The full itinerary is a little over three weeks (23 days, 22 nights), starting and finishing in Orlando (where we were living at the time). The best part about the itinerary? It's a loop! Allowing you to start and finish wherever. This itinerary is 100% personalizable and as many stops can be added or removed as you'd like. This route offers some amazing places, including the beaches in Florida, the deserts of the southwest, and the coastlines of California. The most optimal time to take this road trip is during the summer as you'll find the best weather everywhere. But because we're mainly down south, you can take this road trip in the winter without too much trouble in the snow. This itinerary includes 15 states, nine National Parks, 6000+ miles, and all of the costs we incurred along the way. This itinerary also includes things to see, places to eats, and our favorite things in each location. This itinerary does not include overnight accommodation, so it is necessary to find hotels/airbnbs on your own.

I envision the Next Renaissance will be in the small towns and villages in Italy, where the people, descendents from ancient Etruscan and Lombard, are indigenous to this region and have lived close to the earth for over 2500, cultivating a simple but beautiful way of life we can all learn from. There is a shift away from big corporate travel toward slow/small travel where you can listen to Mother Earth, Father Sky and your own Heart and Soul. It is the way I like to travel....and live.
