Due to the expansiveness of Patagonia - over 400,000 square miles - and the fact it encompasses the southern end of South America, governed by Argentina and Chile; this is one of the more remote places to reach in the world. The region comprises the southern section of the Andes Mountains with lakes, fjords, temperate rainforests, and glaciers in the west and deserts, tablelands and steppes to the east. This itinerary was designed to experience a couple key areas of Patagonia on both the Argentinian side and the Chilean side; in a condensed amount of time. The focus of the itinerary is on Glaciers National Park, outside of El Calafate; and Torres del Paine National Park in Chile. The itinerary easily combines both countries, however, you can separate them out if you just want to focus on one area of Patagonia, and expand your touring from there. The itinerary will include additional places to say based on budget, mid-budget and luxury accomodations; as well as recommended restaurants, and optional tours and activities.

Looking for a relaxing weekend gateway or the perfect hotel for your skiing trip to Switzerland? This is your ultimate guide, no matter the budget you have in mind. This guide compiles some of the best hotels to either fully disconnect or relax after a day out in nature. From a hot tubs to saunas or massages, these hotels have everything you need to recharge. Most of them are located in the Alps, meaning within mountain towns rather than in cities. These mountain towns, some of which are more popular than others (i.e. Zermatt or Verbier), are were people come to ski, hike, bike, or just enjoy stunning views. If you're visiting the city for a quick trip, or are in Auckland for a few days at the start / end of your New Zealand vacation, here are some recommendations on what to do in Auckland! This includes our input on where to stay, where to eat, and activities in the city and day tours to do. This mini-guide has enough for a few days to up to one week of activities!

This itinerary outlines nine days of continuous adventure on the North Island of New Zealand. Spend a couple days exploring Auckland and the nearby islands, head out west for some black sand beaches and secret coves, hit up some insane hiking trails, and head to the east coast for some stunning beaches that draw the local crowds all summer. This itinerary is partially in hotels, but most of it is geared towards campervanning or rooftop tenting it through the North Island (that's what we did & LOVED it). It also includes a few hours of driving a day, and quite a few hiking opportunities (of course these can be substituted for other activities in the area). If you don't want to drive as much you could always spread the activities over more days, or skip your least favourite part to spend more time in the other areas ... but good luck trying to choose!
