Before setting off on a worldwide travel adventure, Brighton was my home for nearly 15 years.
Brighton is around 1 hour from London on the train and is a beautiful seaside town with its own unique personality and style. There are as many pubs and bars as there are days in the year and every type of cuisine you can imagine from Korean to Mexican, Spanish to Indian and everything in between.
I love Brighton and I know you'll love it too. Here's an in-depth guide to the perfect 24 hours in brilliant Brighton 🇬🇧
Included: vintage & boutique shopping recommendations, jewellery quarter, beachside venues, the best pubs & bars, 15 restaurant recommendations depending on your choice of cuisine, luxury hotels, breakfast spots, seaside favourites and things to see & do.

The number one mistake people make when visiting Romania is to not venture outside of Bucharest.
I was born and raised in Romania and I can promise you that the most beautiful parts of Romania are in the mountains, or at the Black Sea, or in the Danube Delta.
I created this free guide with beautiful and unique accommodations across Romania to give you a glimpse of what you can find if you give Romania a chance.
If you want to stay at one of these properties, I linked the booking.com pages to make it easier for you, so just click on the check prices button.

If you are looking for an authentic, off-the-beaten path Caribbean destination, look no further than Roatan, Honduras. Located 40 miles off the northern coast of mainland Honduras, the island of Roatan offers a wide variety of activities, beautiful beaches, and delicious food. My first visit to Roatan was with a group of friends and family in March 2018. I loved the island so much, I returned solo a few months later. And, my group of girlfriends & I have decided that's where we will celebrate our 50th in 2024!

After living in Nashville for over 2 years, I've seen the good and the bad, the touristy and non-touristy. Nashville has so many cool things to offer, and it's one of my favorite places I've ever lived. Here's how to do Nashville like someone who calls this city home (or at least, like me hehe)!

THE STOP-BY-STOP GUIDE TO OUR HONEYMOON JOURNEY IN AFRICA 🇹🇿 🇰🇪 🇸🇨
When we first started talking about where we wanted to honeymoon, it felt overwhelming. We had a million ideas to sift through and felt a lot of pressure to get it just right. I've got to say I think we nailed it with this trip. It has all the elements you could want in a honeymoon - luxury, solitude, adventure, relaxation, romance, and memories to last a lifetime.
On this itinerary, you’ll sample some of the most iconic places in East Africa where you’ll get up close with big cats, the Great Migration, and other favorite African wildlife. The camps suggested here are perfect for a honeymoon. The staff blew us away with their warmth, attention to detail, and expertise. The food and accommodations were as good, but likely better, than anywhere we’ve stayed in the world, and we got to enjoy it all in relative solitude (all camps had 10 rooms or less).
After the time on Safari, you’ll head to one of the most picturesque tropical destinations in the world, the Seychelles. The beaches here are famous - as movie backdrops, screensavers, & more - and there are dozens of beauties to explore. The resort we chose was villa-style, equipped with an unbelievable tub and private plunge pool, meaning we got to have a slice of this paradise to ourselves as well.
I know I’m biased, but if you’re planning a big romantic trip, whether for a honeymoon, a milestone anniversary, or whatever reason, you have to consider this itinerary. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Let's not sugarcoat it - The period of planning a wedding is notorious for being a stressful time for engaged couples. There's a multitude of tasks and expectations to juggle, and it can leave you feeling more than a little overwhelmed.
But here's the deal: Your honeymoon should be a golden opportunity to unwind and ease into your freshly minted marital status - free from the demands of everyday responsibilities.
It's a chance to craft those unforgettable initial moments in this exciting new chapter of your life together. A time to finally check off those "bucket list" adventures and embark on romantic day trips. It's an opportunity to create joyous memories on exciting escapades with the one who has your heart.
AND you don't want to drop the ball on this important milestone, right? You've got a lot on your plate with all the wedding preparations. What you truly need is a seasoned pro to rescue you from the never-ending maze of vacation research and ensure you get precisely what you desire. That's where I come in to help!
First off, let me introduce myself. I'm not your average travel agent, and that's a good thing. You see, I don't do cookie-cutter vacations. I'm a problem-solving, adventure-seeking, experience-loving maverick in the world of travel. I know you want your honeymoon to be unforgettable, not just another trip.
Now, why Mexico? Mexico isn't just a country; it's a fiesta waiting to happen! From the sizzling beaches of Cancún to the vibrant streets of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico has a little something for everyone. But here's the kicker: it's the land of all-inclusive resorts, and that's a honeymooner's dream come true.
Picture this: You, your significant other, and an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. It's like having your cake and eating it, too. Gourmet dining, top-shelf drinks, and endless relaxation—all included. No need to worry about budgeting for every meal or fretting over the bar tab. It's all taken care of. [I will totally NOT judge you for having the best gourmet dinner on the beach with your loved one, then immediately jump into a bathrobe and order room service while watching your latest binge... I've actually done that several times myself and it's glorious!]
But here's where I come in. I'll handpick the perfect all-inclusive resort in Mexico that matches your vibe, whether you're into luxurious pampering, non-stop partying, or romantic seclusion. I'll ensure you get the VIP treatment you deserve because your honeymoon should be nothing less than spectacular. I'll make sure your honeymoon is as unique as your love story.
Ready to embark on the adventure of a lifetime? Mexico is calling, and I'm here to make sure it's a honeymoon you'll never forget. Get in touch, and let's make your honeymoon dreams a reality!

My SIL, her husband, and their two boys live in West Harlem so I have been out a couple times with my kiddos to visit. Here is my 24 hour itinerary in the big apple with my little travel buddy, Blake (my 4 yo best dude) for our most recent trip. We flew in late Friday night, explored all day Saturday, then Sunday was a day of indoor play for the boys. Follow along the map for our exact route and how we made the most out of our short time in the city.
We took the train from uptown to Central Park, traveling on foot from there until just before taking the train from Grand Central to the ferry in the evening and then back home.
If you've been to NYC, I'd love to hear your favorites in the comments. If you found this helpful, don't forget to save it to your faves or share with a friend
