Box Hostel N Cafe

The owner of this hostel is an amazing cook- you need to try her pad kra pao at least once! Private rooms are basic but comfortable, and very affordable. This hostel is quiet with fast wifi, making it ideal for remote workers. Located steps away from Nimman area which is packed with co-working spaces and cafes.

Loyy Hotel
@shinysiopaotravels
This hostel offers both dorm and private rooms in old Chiang Mai area. Beds are comfortable and clean, while the huge indoor/outdoor common area is great for co-working or relaxing. Walking distance from many restaurants, the Night Bazaar, and plenty of temples, this is ideal for a first-timer stay in Chiang Mai.

This hostel is gorgeous from top to bottom! Complete with a swimming pool and rooftop hangout area, as well as a comfortable and cozy common area, you won't want to leave. Bathrooms are spotless, and beds are incredibly comfortable. Much needed when I stayed here after a 2-day jungle trek!
