The best waterparks in the Midwest are in Wisconsin Dells! A fun and adventurous place all year round. The Dells are extremely popular during the summer months with numerous outdoor waterparks, lakes, and rivers. People enjoy boating, kayaking, and hiking at the nearby state and county parks. In the wintertime, you can enjoy snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and winter hiking. This was also my dog's first vacation! I stayed at a pet friendly hotel and we enjoyed some of the hiking at the local parks.

Rome, the eternal city, captivates visitors with its timeless allure and monumental history. Steeped in over 2,000 years of civilization, every corner tells a story of ancient empires, Renaissance art, and modern vitality. A visit to the Colosseum, the grand amphitheater that once hosted gladiatorial contests, offers a glimpse into the grandeur of ancient Rome, while the Roman Forum nearby serves as an open-air museum of political and social life in antiquity. Beyond the ruins, Vatican City beckons with the awe-inspiring St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums, home to Michelangelo's masterpiece, the Sistine Chapel ceiling.
Wandering through Rome's cobblestone streets, visitors encounter an endless array of architectural marvels, from the majestic Pantheon to the elegant Spanish Steps. Each piazza invites leisurely strolls and indulgent dining experiences, where traditional trattorias serve up delectable Roman cuisine alongside world-class wines. Who doesn’t love a food and drinks tour?
I don’t know about you but I research so many places before I travel to ensure I have the best experience. I want t0 find those hidden treasures, eat where the locals eat, find the best steak in town and of course, a great cocktail bar.
Well, let me take the stress of finding places to eat whilst you in Antibes and I’ll show you my favourites.
After 8 years living here I got to know the good the bad and the ugly restaurants in Antibes. Avoid tourist traps and I’ll show you how we dined as locals.
I’ll explain why I love each one and what I like to order. This list will have a variety of budgets and will include everything from my favourite café's to high end dining.
I’ve also added a few of my favourite bars at the end for the cocktail lovers out there 🍸

Egypt & Jordan - considered two unbelievable wonders of the world - provide thousands of years of history.
This 14-day itinerary has been put together based on a group trip I led for clients back in 2022. It was my 2nd time to Egypt and my first-time to Jordan - both countries should definitely be visited.
The itinerary is set-up in a way that you could separate out each country if your schedule only allows for minimal travel days. So in essence, you get 2 country itineraries for the price of 1!
Throughout you will experience a dramatic world beyond what you can think, as you enter into two countries filled with legends, history, and indescribable natural beauty.
The itinerary includes a visit to the famous Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx and includes a 4-night Nile River Cruise.
In Jordan, you will visit Petra, the “Rose Red City” that appears as if it emerged straight from the rock bed. Admire the ethereal landscape of the desert city of Wadi Rum, the “Valley of the Moon.” And, indulge at a deluxe spa resort on the Northern shore of the Dead Sea.
We have also added in some key tours, unique experiences and the opporutinity to delve into the culture and flavours of these lands. Hundreds of thousands of years of history and iconic wonders, delicious cuisine, and stretching sunsets fading against the desert horizon – this is Egypt and Jordan.
Note, throughout the itinerary we have listed options available for tours or additional stays to extend your trip and encourage a greater experience and immersion into the countries.
