"We visited "A happy pancake" in Omotesando on a weekend. Needless to say that it was quite busy, however the line went on quite smoothly. They have a seasonal menu, so beware that not all the delicious variants you seen when you search for this place will be available when you get there.
They have some staple items but the best flavors alternate throught the year.
We went there in December when the chestnut and Tiramisu flavor were the monthly specials.
The one in the picture is the pistachio and chestnut version. It was so delicate and airy that we thought we almost ate a cloud.
If we have to be harsh then, like any other Japanese sweet, the flavor lacks a bit of depth is made up for with their incredible texture and softness. I have never seen bouncier pancakes in my entire life. If you try to shake the plate you might get hypnotized."

"$$ - Honestly you can get a lot of fluffy souffle pancakes but I've personally really enjoyed the ones I've had here. Very eggy and yummy!"
