Travelling with a kid can be tricky, but I'm here to help! I have created a one-week guide for my brother and his family, and I hope you will find it useful as well. 

But in any case, this itinerary is ideal for couples and families traveling without children.

💡This guide is divided into sections by neighbourhood to showcase some of my favourite full-day walks around the city. 
Each walk is a delightful adventure, carefully curated to include at least one stop your child will love. Whether it's a museum, zoo, hot chocolate cafe, or a park, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

GETTING AROUND: you should be able to walk from each place to the next in order to enjoy London between visits. But keep in mind that this is an intense walk of 8.7mi (14 km) or 3h17.

Easy to reach, right in the middle of Covent Garden, walk-ins and bookings are available. 

💡Full step-free access, including a lift and wheelchair-accessible toilets.  

Seven Dials market is the perfect location before or after a musical nearby. With such a variety of cuisines there will surely be something for everyone to eat! Desserts of wheelcake island and soft serve society are some of my favourites.

$ Super cool market with many different options to truffle burgers, Greek food, Indian food, cheese conveyor belts, and many more. Also relatively cheap! This is super close to a lot of the main areas so it can be great for an easy lunch. 

One standout here is Pick & Cheese at The Cheese Bar offers a unique experience with the world's first cheese conveyor belt. 
Crème brûlée in a crêpe cone from Boolay Crepes. 
Soft serve society is delicious ice creams.

Suggestion from Where to Drink Coffee, two locations - has Timberyard Coffee. KERB - Suggestion from Bethany Welborn; 10 locations.

This market was actually one of my favorites, much less crowded than the rest and the food is amazing! 

They have a restaurant here that has little tiny cheese plates served to you on a conveyor belt.

This food market in central London has a wide range of options! 

Nice food mall with a good variety of food choice
